I would like to say Adrian and Amanda were so patient and helpful with the return of a Rheem tankless water heater. Although the water heater was under warranty, Rheem just gave us l the run around plus Rheem had the wrong address and name on the warranty. Amanda and Adrian spent at least an hour straightening out Rheem’s errors and Home Depot gave us a full refund so we could purchase a new water heater from another maker. Thank again, ADRIAN and AMANDA for all your work and patience!

Home Depot has a generous policy that allows you to return expired greenery for up to a full year, as long as you save the receipt.

To be more specific, the policy states that flower bushes, succulents, and houseplants, qualify for a return within 90 days of delivery date or date of purchase in-store. As for perennials, trees, tropical plants, and shrubs, the return period lasts up to a year.

Maya, in returns doesn't support this policy.

Your garden shop has deteriorated drastically:
1. No misters or fans so it is not a pleasant experience
2. You now have to have your phone with you so you can scan how to care for the plant. A big problem here
3. Absolutely no one on site that knows anything about plants
4. Bad layout so you can’t push carts thru the aisles without dumping plants over
5. By by Homedepot. You really should take a few lessons from El Plantio which cost the same, and is a most enjoyable experience not to mention smart, plant savy people.
The only positive thing I can say about HD gardens is the cashiers, even with sweat pouring down their face, are jolly and oh so friendly especially the elderly blond one.

Super expensive and they jacked up their prices. I went there and tried to get wood cut. $15 for 1 plywood. Took 30 minutes for them to say they had 1 person capable of cutting 3 pieces of wood. I have also been there when they needed a forklift, which I had to come back the next day because no one had a forklift license at the time. When I came back it took 4 hours to lower a pallet of bricks. Home Depot needs to train their employees so they are capable of helping customers. The amount of extra time it took was ridiculous.

I am starting up a New Girl Scout Brown Troop. When you first start up, your troop has on funds. I was in need of some padding to have the girl make their sit upons for them to sit on in our Brownie circle. Chuck donated enough carpet padding for each of out girls sit upons. Thank you Chuck your the best!

You'll be waiting in long lines to checkout with little to no help or organization. And after you checkout you'll be waiting for the people in front of you to finish before you can walk out the exit doors because they've shut off access to go anywhere else.

Like any other Home Depot, it has what you need in a hardware store. But this specific location is very near to a Walmart, and many food options. It’s near Ross, near an Albertsons. And sometimes it becomes a deciding factor for me to go to this Valley Parkway East Home Depot instead of the Valley Parkway West.

Easy in and out. Staff pretty helpful and found what I was looking for fairly easy. Neighborhood is not my favorite though.

Reliable home Depot that has met every need I've come across. They have a great outdoor section and equipment rental. Unlike other Home Depots in the area plenty of parking and not a lot of loitering or people fixing cars in the parking lot.

I love this store. I always find what I need quickly and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad drain clog in the shower that I wasn’t able to unclog with the usual means and was considering calling a plumber, but this guy in the plumbing section asked a bunch of questions and recommended me a $20 plumbing pipe snake that did the trick and totally unclogged the drain without any other issues. His helpful advice saved me probably $200.
