The Home Depot, Rancho Cucamonga CA

Nice staff. Easy to find things. Got helped by Jesse to find a shower head and plumbers tape. Plus another really nice employee (I think Scotty) to find floating shelves. Both were working hard, but stopped to walk me to what I was looking for and gave me advice. It was easy to get what I needed.

This is a home Depot problem. I ordered product from Home Depot who uses Temco to deliver their product. The moment I open the door the drivers reeked of alcohol. They came in short and rude. When these men saw that my husband was not home they continue to talk down to me and told me when I had questions that they had other customer to deliver too. I felt like I was in danger because they were so aggressive with me. The delivery driver broke our water valve and scratch the side of our existing refrigerator and in his drunken speech he denied it. I refused the delivery and I told them to get off my property before I call the police. I will never purchase any appliance from Home depot again on principle because of who they hire to deal with their customers.

There’s an older female named Sue that was working in the tool section that was surprisingly rude. I had 2 encounters with her on the same trip and both were negative. I asked another employee if she’s always like that, and he said usually. She needs a major attitude adjustment and learn to treat her coworkers with dignity.

The curbside pick up and the online pick-up desk is horrible, last week the app wouldn't work due to a lack of internet service.so I call the the number to have them bring it out. I was told I should go somewhere the service will connect or come in. Defeats the whole idea of curbside pickup. Then today I go in to pick up an order and was ignored for at least 10 minutes waiting to be helped. 7 home Depot employees were all behind the desk standing there. Not even acknowledging me.
Done with this place!

Waited over 30 minutes to try to get help. Noone ended up showing up. Asked multiple times for help. Extremely disappointed in the poor/absent customer service.

Went here to buy items to fix broken truck hood. Half the items I bought were broke and or not functional. Small parking lot and crowded area. Very high traffic. Best part of this location is the little ceaser pizza in the same shop center.

Home depot is a great home improvement store, what ever your needs are, tool rental, truck rental, lots of parking, helpful employee's in person, I give five stars, but phone service not good I call for merchandise availability waited 20 minutes both times I called at 2 different stores never spoke with a live person, but will continue being a customer

This is my go to store. Anything and everything is here at the right price.
If you don't know or have any questions, ask an employee. If they don't know, they will find someone who does.
I find that the Rancho Cucamonga store to be the best Home Depot in the country, hands down barr none.

Decided to try this home depo in hopes of better customer service. Sad to say we walked in at 9pm to literally make a 5k appliance purchase since I know exactly what I what and their lack of customer service made us leave. I’ll be buying straight from the manufacturer instead. You should try keeping an associate in your department.

Not the best customer service and very late for curbside pickup.better go inside and pick the order yourself.

4 stars only because there was a man in there trying to talk to me about water in my house but he was weird and condescending for some reason? When I told him I didn’t own a home he became really irritated and made me stay for his little spiel. He was a very unpleasant and rude man. His name is Ralph with the black apron.
Besides that, the customer service was great and all the staff are very friendly.

I was at this store to order an item online and pick it up at this store. Bryan (BAM2VMF) at the service desk was helping an elderly couple and they took a long time with many questions. I thanked him for his excellent service to me and to the couple. The entire credit goes to the Store Manager, Ghassan Emal, and the Customer Experience Manager, Ernesto Bustos. Both of them are great at taking care of my after-sale issue. I thank Home Depot for extending excellent customer service (the backbone of successful business) through these dedicated personnel!

This Home Depot is large and organized. The garden center is on the smaller side and I definitely will always go to the Lowes across the street for a larger selection of plants or flowers. They do have some clearance plants, which I love to browse. I found a lovely fiddle leaf fig on clearance for 50% off and had him a year and going strong.

Closed the self checkout half an hour before closing so they could leave 5 minutes early. 30 people in line and they have 2 checkouts open with 4 employees closing the store instead of helping customers checkout

Went in to look at bbq grills and I asked a question at the customer service center and they were very informative

I'm considering buying Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Vic in Flooring directed me towards the shelf where one type of flooring was that I had seen on line and was interested in. She was helpful and explained the payment terms of the 10% off coupon (good for a limited time) using my Home Depot credit card. She mentioned that since the 10% off offer expires on Mar. 8 to order samples ASAP. I later ordered two flooring samples to be shipped to me as I want to see what those floors would look like with the cabinets I have,

Nice place for buying stuff for your home. I can here to hey tiles. They also have rental trucks which are $19 for 75 minutes it's not very busy but a good place for home items.

The employees were nice.
The electrical wire inventory looks like they deal with thieves. They also happened to be out of the type of wire I needed.
Overall, my experience was good.
