The Home Depot reviews
12Customer service is excellent! I definitely wanna highlight the paint department’s employee Daniel! He took the time to make sure some paint I bought matched my sample I used on my wall already and loved it. He even corrected himself about 3 times! Well, I get home and painted the rest of my wall and I see no difference in the sample I had that I bought a while ago and what Daniel mixed up for me. I’m so pleased!
Website inventory not available in stores! Double check before you drive out…. Unreliable!
Showed up last minute before closing to buy a screen for my window. Gabriel was super helpful and patient getting me just what I needed. Home Depot is awesome! Hope this review helps. God Bless.

There's a joke about that. The hardest thing to do is find a Home Depot employee. Because they're masters of disguise.
It's good place to go grab your things that you need real quick in and out just don't go there early in the morning cuz all the contractors are there but if you go through midday it's pretty much in and out
No one never helps you and if u ask they get mad and say I'm on break or they say this is not my secrion
This was my second trip to get enough materials to finish my project. Only reason I had to go back was because I miscalculated how much of a few materials I would need.
Be careful with this store. The cashier #2 Angela advised me to apply for a HD credit card to get a $100.00 discount. I doubted such decision since I have had already bad experiences with Home Depot.
It was a big mistake I to apply. I told her to only put 30% of the credit on it and to let me pay for the rest since I didn’t want to affect my Fico. She told me I had to use the limit of such credit card. I explained to her it will affect greatly my score if I use the limit. I could only use 30% of the limit. She refused. She didn’t give me the $100.00 she promised and she refused to cancel the credit card. Now I have to call to cancel the card. Do not believe on Home Depot promises.
The only issue I have is that when ever you need some one to help you with something there's no one around. And if they are they're helping other people.
I really appreciate the helpfulness of the management team at this Home Depot. I was struggling with trying to get locks for my doors and the management team at the Home Depot helped out tremendously! Thank you!

Navy I have had a rough year where I was robbed of my catalytic converter on my Tacoma 2 times last year WHILE I WAS AT WORK and got fired when I asked to help my insurance deductible. I started my own handyman business because I refuse to work for any companies anymore. Anyway. I am broke as a joke now (no money in the bank) I came in today to make a purchase for a project. To get paid again. I had enough to cover to purchase before tax. I asked the young lady helping at self check out to help me (bcs my phone is disconnected and WIFI ONLY) To please verify my veterans discount (which takes off the tax) and she refused because she said it had to be verified electronically. I politely asked to speak to a manager, IT TOOK OVER 30 mins for a manger to show up to the self checkout! (I put them on a timer) which she also responded that she could not help me verify my veterans discount with my California ID. She proceeded to embarrass me and make me swipe my debit card, which has no funds in it as I mentioned to her numerous times.
All this could've been fixed if she would've just verified my state ID (with veterans stamp on it) and not embarrass me by making me swipe my debit card with no funds in it. I had to explain to her that not all veterans are well off and can stay connected to the internet all day and I haven't been able to log onto their website and verify myself smh, this country is discriminatory against VETERANS like the rest of the state and federal government. She could have just looked at my state ID (W vet stamp) and not embarrassed me. HOME DEPOT DISCRIMINATES VETERANS SMH ALL THIS FOR 55¢ of sales tax, PROTECT OUR VETS SEND THEM HOME
I would give it 5 stars if one could always get help when they need it, but that rarely happens, particularly if you arrive in the afternoon or evening. If you want help, this is not the best place to go. The paint department is the exception - I have always got lots of help from folks in that department.
