15I was able to find everything I was looking for and I was able to get some good advice on some electrical work I am currently upgrading at our house.
We accidentally left 2 big items behind at Self Checkout & thought we were S. O. L! THANK YOU to the Store Manager who let us replace the items w/out hesitation! There are still honest ppl in this world & your exceptional Cust Service is felt and appreciated more than you know!
I’ve rented a vacuum cleaner and I’m going to spend Saturday cleaning the house. Unexpectedly, the machine leaked water in the floor. I was at a loss and they gave me a full refund and an apology. I just want to express the lack of maintenance of the rented machine. Note that a full test is required before leaving the shop.
I had terrible service by a lady named Sheryl had a attitude in hardware, she honestly would just pull the drawer out and not help and just say everything is here and then after i find what i need she goes too another employee and mumble stuff about me Mountain Home Depot had better customer care this is my first time here and last
It is okay, except that the employees never stock needed items. Therefore there is no point.
Have come here twice for minor needs. Assistance was minimal ("I think it's in aisle 11"), dismissive, and ultimately did not lead me to the items I needed (for which I was very descriptive both times, and on one occasion I literally carried in the screw I needed to replace).
Also, on one visit, they were allowing a man and woman to proselytize and hand out religious pamphlets inside the store.
Curbside pick up was terrible. Checked in on the app and took over 30 minutes. I had to call them.who knows how long it would have took. It wasn't busy, only 1 other car and she has the same issue.
The product box itself was a mess. Box was moist and had mold/mildew. Actual content was fine. They gave an excuse that was why the product was on sale. But my friend got the same product at a different home depot closer to their home. Box was clean and pick up was a breeze.
I am giving Home Depot a five star today solely because of one of their loyal employees. Cindy, working at the registers, assisted my husband and I this morning with our purchases. As usual, she greeted us with a smile as bright as sunshine.
Every single time we have shopped at this Home Depot, we have found Cindy to be the most courteous, personable, and professional person we have run in to in a very long time. She is truly an asset to Home Depot and it is employees like Cindy that make customers want to shop here. I recommend a raise!
I had such a bad experience with this store, unbelievable.
I was looking for 2 months to get a 400A electric panel. When finally I found it at this store in Upland, CA I called the pro desk on 2/15 around 4 PM and I was trying to place a will call order, since I’m a pro member. They didn’t want to accept my order but I was told by Ron, one of the supervisors, that will hold it for me until Friday (48 hours) since I was driving from Phoenix, AZ.
I showed up at the store on Friday morning, around 9 AM to get the panel but they already sold it to someone else.
I was taking one day off from my job and drove 5+ hours one way from Phoenix to Upland to get this panel!
They treat people with no respect!
I know sooner or later Karma’s coming and all responsible people will pay for it.

First tine using the app to find stuff in-store. It worked nicely and was accurate each time I needed direction. I had trouble reading the super small PIN on my gift cards at the self checkout. A nice and helpful employee came over right away to see why I was holding up the line and assisted me with using my gift cards. A nice, quick, easy trip. Thanks!
Home Depot is a really nice improvement department that everyone know but my 5 stars go to the store in upland cuz their customers service is amazing and helpful at all times.thank you
Needed a cord so a visit was made. Found it quickly and used self checkout. In and out quick without hassle.
We purchased several large plants today around 1pm. We let the cashier know we would bring our truck up to load the various plants. As we were loading, the older lady who works in that area was watching. Instead of offering any kind of help she mumbled loud enough under her breath that she was going to check with the cashier that we weren’t taking more than we should. Now I completely understand the situation to make sure and check that proper things are accounted for. My complaint is the way it was handled. She could have offered some assistance and asked to see a receipt. Not make us feel like we were stealing. There is a proper way to do things and this wasn’t one of them. I hope someone speaks to her about the right way.
