The Home Depot reviews
16Employees are generally not helpful here.aisles are crowded.wish they had more competition!
Very nice Store in take my pair. Stop here. Hey come here a great part of Santa Maria. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist their customers. I’ve always had great experiences here.
Great help & service from Mark in the Hardware. - Locks department helping us with options and selection of a front door latch set. Also great help getting my Veterans ID on the HD App from the clerk at the Customer Service Counter.
Good selection and prices. I like it better than Lowe's when it comes time for real projects.
8/10/23: Nick in appliances goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. He is very appreciated
Always a great place to find what you need. Or don't know you need. If you have the time.
I usually place my order online and go inside and pick it up. I find this is the quickest way to get in and out if in a hurry. The customer service people at the order desk are usually quick and efficient and make the visit an easy trip.
Best selection of goods overall. Largest inventory compared with Lowes or Minors, with that said, the customer service from Home Depot is the worst of all hardware stores which is why I give them four stars
If you lock the front door at 7: 50pm, then you are not “open until 8pm”. You are open until 7: 50pm. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
Not sure of the name of the short, older woman Working at the paint counter on Thursday April 27th around 9: 30 AM was but she was super sassy! I told her too! After my incredible experience yesterday with Kathleen in the pro section, this makes me sad. Not sure if she had a bad day but im struggling with a baby to find something.and she continued taking other in front of me. Good job kathleen but shame on the lady who was not interested in helping me after 15 min of waiting and being skipped multiple times.
I'm trying to get a prepackaged baseboard, and I asked help to one of the workers his name "Tony " twice his answer is rude, he said, ~~"ok. There is the packs, and you have the cart", ~~. I'm 66 y/o, that's no problem, the problem I put a nail on my foot and don't feel comfortable.
I'ma man (grunt, grunt) Isle and Isles of manly stuff to look at and play with. They will have almost anything you need to fix, build, or create. Just finding someone to help you is the issue. Don't get me wrong, lots of women shop there too, for they can do it too.
I would not have gone H. D to get supplies for my employee, but Lowe's did not have his brand and employees come 1st. There is one bright note, the cashier that has been there for 23 years is always pleasant, it's a pleasure to talk with her and she is always so helpful, giving information and helping anyway she. She's the one employee that makes that store worth going to. Otherwise I would have to go to San Luis Obispo, or wherever another hardware store that has those kinds of supplies. Unfortunately I have had way too many negative experiences with HD.
I love home depot but get lost in all the products they sell. It gives me tons of ideas. They have self check out too which is nice. The employee we worked with, was very helpful too. It's nice to have employees who know which isle you need to find stuff. Great Job Home Depot.
A young man in home depot named Dalton was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I concecuintly threw my rewards card, and my credit card away. I spoke to the mgr. And she didn't act like she cared.so goodbye to home Depot and I will see if Lowe's is better
The only thing missing is bilingual people. It's hard for me when I have to ask for something!
