If you're going to order online and want to pick-up at the store, dont waste your time. 0 for 3 in "store pickup" orders. I either got an incomplete order or never got a response until the order was cancelled. Gave them multiple chances and they failed all three.

Free appliance delivery isn't free. The company they use is Temco. They have horrible reviews and we see why now. They delivered our washer and dryer and damaged our floor. You think home depot would care about the expensive merchandise leaving their store. Last time we buy appliances from any home depot

I shop here often for general maintenance items. Excellent return policy, I always get amazing customer service and prices are competitive.

Always fun to go here must leave my wallet home I know they help vets out but Veteran Contractors could use that 10%off to be honest that's why Lowe's gets 95%of my business

Love this location. Employees are always very kind, friendly and helpful! I am just not a fan the traffic to get to this shopping center, very busy area.

Nice big Home Depot. I received some help from employee or associate as soon as I walked in the door. I was looking for a cart and he gave me his.they have pretty much anything you need in the way of cleaning building, Nursery, Lumber and a great line of tools.

No customer service. I had to wait over 25 minutes to get help. And once I finally got any kind of help. The women who helped me had no idea what she was talking about.

As big box stores go, I give it to home depot. They have on numerous times tossed me a scrap wood piece for free! That's customer service!

Very nice staff but difficult to find a clear English speaking staff member. Staff member "Tie dye, Nettie" was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in most departments of store. Very friendly.

Other than having a good selection of products, some of the Associates are not Customer Service Oriented.

I love shopping early to beat the rush. Get in. Get what you need. Get out. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed help locating an item and the young man in Hardware was helpful. It was an excellent shopping experience.

Wooooow I needed help with my blinds and lost the hedges to the blinds and ANTONIO was very helpful and gave great customer service I was in the store less than 5mins very Knowledgeable! Thank you ANTONIO!

Employees helped us right away so we didn't have to spend hours looking at ceiling fans and possibly picking out one that wouldn't work for us. Keep up the great work!

This place is pretty convenient right off the freeway and it's got everything I normal Home Depot would have and the prices are pretty good
