The Home Depot, Rancho Cordova CA

Well when I'm looking to add to my tool collection I always end up at Home Depot. They always have a GREAT SELECTION at a great price. The people that work there are Friendly and knowledgeable. And they always have just what I'm looking for. Unlike Lowes who's always out of stock. If I were to rate Home Depot and Lowes Home Depot would get 9 points and Lowes would get 4.

Being a member of the retail side of the construction industry my self, i was never a fan of home depot when i was younger. That being said, as I have grown older i frequently visit the Rancho store and I am very impressed with the knowledge of the employees. They always help me find what i am looking for or at the least help me find a solution.

I called to ask them to check if the item I wanted to buy was in stock here (Because this item out of stock on the west sac and Meadowview location).
Then on the phone they said that there are 5 left. Yay! After about half an hour I drove up here just to buy that item. When I arrived, I found nothing at all.so sad! I don't think it's too difficult to check an item, given the SKU number in hand.

I think the staff here should work more thoughtfully. I saw the staff here were very crowded, and they were very happy to talk and chat together while working. People should be less distracted at work, and instead pay a little attention to helping customers.

Delivered something for a friend. On the way back. I to stopped to shop. Great store. Ask for help. Got it. I needed a moss away product. Did a self checkout. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Traffic to and from not to bad. Glad.

I shop here several times a week usually, and for the most, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their computer system could use some updating, but that's a corporate issue and not their fault.

I asked an employee where an item was. He looked at an app on his phone and told me "aisle 32". This was after I had spent an hour in a competitors store trying to find the item, to no avail, because nobody could figure out what I was talking about.
That app rocked! I'll be going to Home Depot first from now on. They seem to have a greater selection, too.

Got a great selection but know what you're doing and getting before you go. Don't trust the sales staff to point you in the right direction as I found them to not be betty knowledgeable and rather short and rude. The gardening section is fantastic with a nice erection of indoor and outdoor plants. They have some pretty fine lighting options as well.

Flooring department was terrible. Ask for some advice and didn't get any answers. The guy was rude.

The hardware/bolt section is always terrible. Misplaced bolts and nuts, lack of stock, don't go here if you are a mechanic or want decent bolts.

I remember going to the store as I was in the area. This is not the store that I normally go to as that one is near my house. The storm was nice and clean and I was able to go in and out fairly quickly. I did not know where the merchandise was that I was looking for but one of the clerks was nice enough to walk me to it. I was in a hurry so that was greatly appreciated.

Best home Depot cause there is rarely any customers there. Customer service is always friendly since they look like they are always bored.

One of the self check out registers wes broken down, so the self checkout had a long line, and no regular cashier stands were open, home Depot, keep the self checkout machines running smoothly or staff the cash registers to avoid long lines.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didnt have my receipt for an extension cord and they returned it no problem and didnt make me feel like a criminal like the Home Depot on madison did. Super friendly staff. Thanks so much!

Always friendly and helpful people, a clean environment, and a terrific selection of nearly anything you might need for your home! Fantastic for do it yourself and professional remodeling. I definitely recommend this store to anyone. It always seems to be a great experience. Not only that but they have a fantastic selection of Halloween items during the season!

The Depot has always been there. As a homeowner I need this store. Most of the stuff u need to maintain ur property will be stocked neatly in the store. The prices r the going rate. They can't do anything about inflation. When ur earnings keep up with inflation u will be fine. I like the free coffee near the entrance.

I always get a friendly face someone eager to help me I always get my questions answered and each and every time I visit Home depot Ieave with useful knowledge. Home depot in Folsom and Rancho Cordova are both number one for me.

This store is not well maintained and staff seem to have difficulty getting customers rung up and out of the store. Will avoid this one in the future.

Clean store.easy to find what you need.wonderful garden department with fresh healthy plants for sale.dissapointed in the bath vanity department.really cheap China low quality cabinets is all they carry in stock.quality stocked plumbing and electrical department also.

Is hard to get help and most workers don't help you when you got there attention and they give you wrong items even if you bring what you need.
