Traffic was the worst I've ever seen. Couldn't get out of parking lot! Cars, cars, shopping was quick and easy for me at least

The service was horrible. There were 3 young guys in the irrigation aisle. I was looking for a certain piece. They said they didn't know where it was, but it was around here somewhere. The lady in appliances was helpful. She called someone to help me, but they never came. I waited at least 20 minutes. Why have employees if they aren't willing to help customers.
Great place to shop compared to the others. They have a big parking lot that they kept clean even during the day and they have better labeling directions for the tools/products you need.
Always sucks. Don't even know why I go back. Went to get a swamp cooler pump and waited and waited and waited for the customer service person to call someone else to help the line of customers also waiting. I suggested he call another person and he said that she was in her way and went back to having social hour with the customers he was with. Now, I get customer service. In fact I was an asst. Store manager for Home Depot. They didn't have the pump after I finally found someone to help me. I called Lowe's from inside Home Depot and they had it in stock. Never again Home Depot.
I guess I can't complain about my wife shopping because Home Depot is actually one of my favorite stores I can go and walk around there all day long always find great stuff and always have great help whenever I need it!
Great selection nice cashiers and very knowledgeable on tools. I go here often they stock ot seems like almost evrything
The associate was helpful and cut the wood for my wife and I to spec. He was patient with me and my wife as I interpret for her
Went to Home Depot after being at Lowe's. Yes my son looks like he's homeless but that doesn't give the Lowe's employees the right to follow him or even me all over the store. Left my basket of stuff I was going to buy at Lowe's and went to HOME DEPOT. DIDN'T GET TREATED LIKE WE DID AT LOWES. SO HOME DEPOT WILL GET MY BUSINESS.

I was able to return a $5 unopened item that I had bought more than a year earlier. They gave me store credit instead of cash but that's fine with me as I shop there often.
Minus one star because they didn't carry a spring scale, which I needed to weigh a home project that needed a fairly accurate weight. There have been other items I couldn't find there and had to go elsewhere.
Really wished the associates would take you to the item rather than just tell you what isle it's on.
After I scanned and paid for my item at Self chekout, Cashier asked to see my receipt. She stated that the receipt was Old. I walked out. Racist.
Lack of employees to help. Had to track a person down. Told me they could not cut plexiglass. Like really? Went to Lowe's, found what I needed, and they cut it for me.
Terrible - it took over 2 months to get a door installed. They are so disorganized, so unprofessional, incompetent. I'd rather pay triple the price than to have such a terrible experience.
They didn't have what I was looking for. The clerks were very helpful and the store was nice and clean.
