The Home Depot Corporate Support Center, Orange CA

Home Depot delivered material to a house across the street from my house at 6: 30 am and woke up my wife and I. This is against the San Diego noise ordinance. No construction or deliveries are allowed until 7 am. The home depot driver was told not to deliver the material until 7am but he ignored the person that told him not to deliver the material.
I called Home Depot corporate and lodged my complaint. I requested a follow up message from Home Depost but the person that I spoke with told me that unless Home Depot need more information I would not receive any follow information. I told the person that this is a poor way to help customers.
I purchased over 85K worth of material from Home Depot in the past year. I will not be purchasing anything from Home Depot in the future.
Home Depot does not honor their customers and do not deserve my loyalt to them.

My wife, and I went to the Home Depot in Lakewood Ca.and picked a few items and proceeded to a cashier. She was so rude, and refused to even lift a finger to help me with my transaction. She went mad when I Questioned her customer customer service skills. And no store manager was around.it was a bad experience I won't come back to this store anymore.

Rudest customer service at the brookehurst location from maria on returns she said the bolt wasnt in the box i asked to check and she yelled its not in the box and then flipped it upside down and aggressively dumped all the contents of the box onto the counter like an animal totally uncalled for im holding javier the manager in this department to get this under control so rediculous to get treated like this over nothing

I LOVE my Lindon Utah Home Depot. Friendly staff. Quick to fix issues. Provo Utah has a terrible front layout that is difficult to navigate around, but the staff are great! I have a Home Depot card that I have had for years. On April 14 2023 they took 8000 of credit off my card. I had no idea until I went to make a purchase and it was declined. I searched around the card site and found a letter that says my credit changed and they are taking my line of credit down to what I have on the card. So now my credit will show that I have maxed out my Home Depot card and have no credit left. This will HURT MY CREDIT which is the reason they said they took it away in the first place. In the letter it says if I'm not happy with the decision, contact Equifax. Why would I contact them? They did not do this, you did! I am in good standing. I have not missed a payment. But they randomly pull my credit and decide I'm now a risk and hurt my credit and stop me from using their card that is in good standing with no issues ever.

Horrible service I spoke to a supervisor and she hung up on me after canceling my order without my permission I would like to speak to corporate about this what kind of business are they running

False advertisement, the home depot advertising is the worst, they always offerings deals and after taking your money they cancel with out telling you, customer service is horrible!

I would like to recognize as a great employee providing excellent service an employee in your Pomona store. I have attached the information in a photo, where you will find the sales person’s number. She gave excellent service and helps customers quickly while the other employees who are male are extremely slow and avoid helping customers

I place order in Avondale arizona on monday8 expend over $4000.00 they promised to deliver to next couple days and today they rescheduled for May 16. I bring a workers from California to remodeling my house in goodyear and pay food and hotel so really bad service on delivery and I call and they hang up on me

I ordered 1 Kitchen Island, Received it damaged! Not once but twice! Unreal, do you check item's before they are sent out to ur customers? Not a happy customer right now with Home Depot! Looking elsewhere to buy!

The entire Ladera home depot needs remedial training in public relations. The workers in the store are so rude and unprofessional. The homes that area are worth no less than a million dollars to 3 million dollars. My point is that we (the community) spends so much money at that Ladera Home Depot.its ridiculous. Why can we not receive the professionalism that other Home Depot stores are offered. I called the Home Depot (Western and Slauson) by mistake away from the Ladera stored and received empathy. They actually assisted me in resolving my on going problem, offering professionalism in resolving my dilima with the Ladera store. Thank you Slauson and Western. You are the best!

I'm a handyman. Sometimes I misplace receipts. Inow get stuck with parts and extra items due to return policy. I just want to continue purchasing. Not to mention the wait at return lines

Tried to exchange defective ryobi batteries at the Huntington Beach Magnolia store. They refused because I no longer had the sales slip and Ryobi had replaced the old batteries with a newer model. The new batteries were $119. I now have 8 tools that are useless. Guess where I will buy new tools? Lowes. If I have to tool up, I'm sure not going to tool up where they hurt me the first time.

No stars zero please dont buy any appliances thru home depot example bought refridge three week stopped working first repair was circuit board 2nd was to install new version of ice maker third break down i ce maker started leaking 3rd repair ice maker 4th 5th 6th as 11/17/2022 samsung refrigerator has not worked since the beginning of OCT 2022 do not buy appliances with extended warranty each call to there systerm is answer buy a call center ATTN i speak tagalo and everyone is a remote working person from the some call center with no why to identify who they are or will give u a direct number so each call is hour back and forth this wrong my dad cannot have a working refridge and why is the review that are posted on the site show 5 star plus witch is why i bought it the rating system is not true well i have all day everyday to walk in to every home depot and talk to anyone i see and show then that HD isnt a place to buy appliances very sad day that i will use a different place to purchase goods last year i have over 150 k in purchase's i still have to use HD cause all the small shop have been forced to close be wise people dont follow this same path

We bought a refrigerator in 2018 and now 2022 and still have not got this situation fixed all they say is call this number we can not help then you get the same story from that person its just a on going thing, here we have damage to the refrigerator and no one wants to help. But they sure were ready to sell and tell us all the good lies.
