Excellence in Customer Service is very important to us and lately it seems to be hard to find. However, our recent experience at the Hot Tub Store was wonderful due to Terry Rich's knowledge, patience and commitment to friendly service. The delivery was awesome and the technicians were so careful and efficient. The one glitch was the steps we ordered were not included with the delivery. We live remotely at the ocean over 100 miles from the store, and our hearts sank. When we called Terry he said that he would deliver the steps personally the next morning. Talk about going the extra mile! It's so important also that Terry's store manager was so supportive and called us right away. Now that's Excellence in Customer Service! We are so, so happy with our hot tub and we relax in it at some point every day. Terry supported us with video instructions and phone support for spa chemical and salt system setup. It was so easy. This was our second Hot Springs purchase from the Santa Rosa Hot Tub Store, the first was over 16 years ago. Our second purchasing experience was even better than the first. Thank you Terry, and to the whole team there. You rock!

Working with Terry Rich was a fantastic experience. My wife and I talked about purchasing a Hot Tub for over 2 years. Terry was never pushy, but when it came time to finally "pull the trigger", he helped get us the tub we always wanted! The questions we ask ourselves now is, "Why did we wait? " Watching the crew deliver and set up the tub was also quite an amazing process. I actually learned a lot on how to move large, heavy, items. Thanks guys! Not only that, but we thought we were going to have to wait until October and he found us the tub we originally wanted and it was delivered the middle of May! Thank you Terry! I thank you, my body thanks you, and my family could not be happier!

I have been trying to get service for months…

This journey started when my control panel quit working in January. I spent a couple of months trying to get a call back. Finally someone called me! This is when I learned that I had to not only replace the control panel, but also the control box which is the brain of the entire system. I neede to think about that and see if I could fix it myself…. So, why do I have to spend $1,400 + labor… because after10 years they don’t supply parts. Oh, and the pump has also died so that is another ton of $$$$$. Also, they have to upgrade the system so I am @#$&ed
I have been a Hot Springs Spa owner for 33 years and I can say that they were a great company some years ago though I can’t get service.
I have been trying to talk to someone for months… a couple of times they called and I missed their call so the process starts all over again. They will not try to contact you again… like not ever…
They should just sell to someone who can actually manage the business.

These folks, well, Terry, knows how to treat a customer - with friendliness, intelligence and all around ease. I loved my shopping experience at this store.and now, about a month later I can say that I am thrilled with my purchase - it is exactly the right tub for me, and I have been treated like royalty, even though it was one of the smallest tubs they sell.their customer service is so good.all in all, I am still completely satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a cover for my Jacizzi back in February 2021. I was told it was going to take between 4-6 weeks and up until now I haven’t heard from them saying is ready to be picked up, or if is been a delay in my order.

We went in looking to get more information and knowledge about hot tubs, Justin greeted us and gave us even more! What an awesome salesman. He walked us through all aspects of hot tubs. From the different massage types, energy efficiency, self cleaning, salt water options, different levels of pricing and more. His patience and knowledge took us from being “just looking” to how much for a down payment. The transaction was smooth, 5 star! Justin at The Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa is the best! We walked away so excited for our delivery of our new Beam Hot Spring hot tub. Plus our kids can’t wait to see it light up & the fountain! Thanks Justin

I love my Hot Spring Jetsetter from The Hot Tub Store. I soak twice a day every day. I enjoy waking up in the morning and sipping my coffee while soaking in hot water and listening to the birds waking up and watching the sky brighten. My lovely wife and I have the best conversations in the hot tub each and every evening. The hydrotherapy massage of the strong jets is just what the body needs to rejuvenate the muscles for another day ahead and to help sleep better. We love the ease of the natural salt water system. There are never chemical smells and the water is always the perfection of clarity. I highly recommend the hot tubbing lifestyle provides by The Hot Tub Store.

Best thing I did before shelter in place was buy a hot tub from this place. I absolutely love my tub. Terry and the whole staff are super helpful. If I have any questions they make themselves readily available, which is greatly appreciated and rare these days! Highly recommend this place.

We had a Jetsetter HotTub purchased in 1997 and after 23 years we finally had to laid it to rest. Michael used it everyday as a place to reflect and unwind on his day, along with soothly his aches and pains. It was an important part of his day in many ways, so when it died we called Terry at The Hot Tub Store. He guided us through the process of finding the right replacement and made the whole process super simple and easy (thank goodness, as I am not at all tech savvy) and we are now ready to enjoy another 23 years of respite and rejuvenation in our spa.
