The Hotel Utah Saloon reviews
12Classic bar with colorful patrons. Went to open mike night which was quite busy. Lots of good music and stand up.
Love the atmosphere! The bat downstairs was very at home-ish with bands playing on the weekend. Great place to visit. The price wasn't to bad. It's also next to an awesome arcade for adults. We were even able to walk to Starbucks, there's also low cost safe, monitored, 24 hour parking.
The bar offers a familiar selection of drinks. The downstairs music lounge has some of the better acoustics for it's size and location.
Shared bathroom and shower on the floor, nice preson on the desk. A lot of stairs, a good place to the price you pay, and good location.
Like this place but last time I went bartender was too drunk to serve us. Bartender whispered to another patron who seemed a regular that she wanted to kill everyone. Still tried to get another drink before she dropped a cup and again forgot a Been there before and it is normally your standard dive bar. Last time really soured my thoughts of them.
I really like this bar. I used to work super close to it, and would go for lunch. Their menu has expanded; they now how the impossible burger. Their food is still really good. I haven't been to a show here in years, but I remember it being a cool intimate spot with a full bar at a reasonable price. Definitely worth checking out.
Great Sound, Bar, Food. Thanks for a Great Time! Real Country on the jukebox too. Historic atmosphere.
Do you like dive bars? Are you a hipster? You're not you say? Then why are you reading this review about a dive bar.
The pace is unique with a stage and an upstairs that overlooks the stage! The food is ok. The wings are ok but they will tell you they are the best in the city.
Prices were free for me since it was an open bar with a company event. But given the location, the prices were affordable!
Tight squeeze at the bar, try to avoid the crowded times. Have fun!
I haven't been in here in years, and, since I was in the area en route to the VA Clinic on 3rd and Harrison and it was time for lunch, I decided to eat there. Everything on the menu looked good to me, and I decided on the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. It was delicious. The fries were done just right: not greasy at all nor were they overdone. Particular kudos to the bartender. I received a very important phone call (from a scheduling nurse at the VA Hospital that I'd been playing voicemail tag with for a couple days). I asked him to turn the music down a little and he was happy to help me out. That was good because the call took about 1/2 hour. Then, after the call, we got to talking for a bit. Really nice guy. I'd forgotten what a great local place this is.
Little grungy and olde time but quaint. However the bloody Mary was not good. But I hear the beer is okay.
Awesome historical bar with a great view of the salesforce tower. Stand up on saturdays is amazing beautiful stage
Tiny dive bar with a great stage. Food is good too. Great place for a dinner and a show on a weeknight.
