Front desk is friendly. Courts are nice and protected from the elements. Though there's a couple of things to be aware of:

- It's been very crowded the times I've gone (4-8 paddles down) ; I recommend you avoid going on rainy days.
- Air is a bit hot and humid, which is not super comfortable.
- Hard to find level-appropriate games because everyone ignores the court designations when it's crowded.
- Even if you're just a guest for the day, they still make you sign up and give them your phone number, birthday, credit card info.
- The court surface is quite gritty compared to most places. I like it for moving around, but expect more wear on your shoes and pickleballs.

Unfortunately the day pass is a little too expensive to be worth it now, at $30/visit. But it might be decent if you join and make it a regular thing.

On 10/30/23, I received an email titled "November Newsletter" from The Hub stating, "MEMBER for a DAY VOUCHERS - purchase one for $25, or a pack of 10 for $200. I decided I would buy the pack of 10 on Nov. 17 and I drove over there and was told the 10 visit offer was "sold out". Nowhere in the "November Newsletter" email did it say the offer was expiring or subject to availability. So I asked for them to honor a visit for $20. (Full price was advertised at $25/visit.) The manager, Mike Fox, steadfastly refused and also said the day price was now $30. I said I just got the email a couple of weeks ago, it was titled November Newsletter, and it would be reasonable to honor the promises as a business. Again refused. I said that is a terrible business practice to send a offer to their email list and not honor it. With a smug look, Mike said, "maybe so. " They also said when they get the 10 visit pass back, the price is now $250. To top it off I received another email from The Hub the next day titled "Member News" and there was no mention the 10 visit passes were "sold out", that the daily visit price went up to $30, and that the 10 visit pass is now $250. So I left refusing to give them any of my money when they won't honor their advertising promises. The place was overly crowded anyway and I would have had to sit out every other game. Beware of this dishonest business!

The hottest indoor Pickleball Spot in the Bay! With 20 courts the wait isn’t too long! It’s very clean! Day passes are only $25! If you started playing outdoor like myself try indoor one time and you’ll be hooked haha

My 7-y/o daughter and I had lots of fun here! There are two narrow courts for singles. It wasn't crowded on Saturday at 5pm. It was 93° outsides, but this indoor court had a nice breeze going, it's well ventilated and airy. The courts are for an outdoor ball. I'm definitely considering getting a membership here, and signing up my daughter for a Junior's Clinic.

This indoor Pickleball spot is very clean. Drop in is $25 and monthly membership starts at $119 and up. I like how there’s challenge courts based on ranking. That way, you can choose which court to play based on your play level. All of the courts have a lot of grip and I was surprised at how much I was able to play here versus playing outdoors. I feel like playing outdoors will tire you out more by being in the sun while playing indoors, you can play more. What’s fun about joining and being a member is that they have weekly ladders that you can compete in and meet new people. The Hub is definitely one of my favorite Pickleball spots to play!

Friendly, helpful staff - fabulous instructors (and members)! Leagues, clinics, challenge courts, drop-in play, lessons, and fully stocked pro shop! Everything for all levels of pickleball under one roof! Courts are beautiful too (and there's plenty of them)!

The HUB recently opened, and I visited it to play pickleball last week. It is an absolutely fantastic place for pickleball enthusiasts. The staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming

I have called so many times, but all my calls were answered by an answering machine. The website still says 'opening in June, ' but it is now mid-July. I drove up to the place to check if it is open, but it is still closed. How hard is it to update some information on the website or provide information in voice message?

Can’t imagine a more awesome indoor pickleball facility! The team did a great job getting the Hub through excruciating permitting phase to opening in August. Started drilling in and paying the $25 and quickly realized it’s a place I will be playing several times a week. A great balance of programming with leveled ladders as well as drop-in play. Highly recommend!

No prices on the website. Website tells you to go to location pages for specific pricing. Nothing there. Wife wanted to bring me here with the family and drop in for my birthday. No idea how to do that or if it's even possible. If it is, don't know how much it costs. This doesn't need to be a secret. Initial impression prior to open was poor with wrong dates being posted on social media. Now that they're open, just as frustrating.

What a great place. They have a shop with everything pickleball, snacks and over 20 courts divided up into different skill levels. They also had ladder play. Pricing is very fair and is a much better setup than my indoor club in Utah.

Great 4 indoor P ickleball, but needs cooling Fans. Just minor " Great G. M. "M. F. "growing pains" since only open Aust 1st. Higher member dues adds to good clientle demographics.

Great staff and great community! Only downside is that it can get stuffy when it's packed and the small fans aren't cutting it. Also drill walls would be very much appreciated

Despite a protracted set-up and opening period, the Hub Pickleball in Campbell will be fully open and operational as of August 1st, 2023.

The facility is great, complete with pro-shop, 18 full-sized courts, 2 skinnier courts, drop-in play with skill level designations, and court reservations. Leagues and tournaments are planned for the future. There are rest areas next to the courts with lawn chairs and sofas, a water fountain, and portable fans for anyone to use.

As a founding member, I was kept in the loop via a WhatsApp group that it appears other reviewers were not aware of and simply gave a 1star review without trying to dig deeper.

The Hub is a wonderful place for all things pickleball, and I will definitely be here at least once a week for the foreseeable future!

So excited that this will be opening soon! Can’t wait to play pickle ball so close to my house. Great location, convenient parking. Can’t wait to play!
