The Image Center, Huntington Beach CA

I thought I wanted to become a patient here but I refuse to after what I witnessed my first visit to this clinic, I was turned off and didn’t even make it to the front desk. ASHLEY (the manager from hell) I CANT BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD APPOINT SUCH AN INCREDIBLY RUDE PERSON TO A LEADERSHIP POSITION. THE WAY SHE TREATED A YOUNG LADY (CURRENT PATIENT) WHO WAS CLEARLY UPSET ABOUT A MISCOMMUNICATION WAS UNACCEPTABLE. YOU WOULD THINK ASHLEY WOULD DEFUSE THE SITUATION, INSTEAD SHE BELITTLED THE YOUNG LADY AND TALKED TO HER AS IF SHE HAD A TAIL (I’ve never witnessed such behavior in a professional setting my feelings were hurt just watching). Whatever this office has going on internally (owners parting ways) does not mean take out your frustration on the patients. It is very clear this office calls for leadership development training, and customer service training. I would suggest that people spend their hard-earned money somewhere else.

I was patient of Downey's location, the clinic was closed for 2 months, never got back at me for my refund. Not professional, and still owe me money.

Nurse Kara is the absolute best! She did my lip filler and lip flip and was so gentle and personable. She also did my botox and I barley felt it with no bruising. After 2 days my lips look beautiful due to her expertise. I am so happy.

I LOVE this place! PA Kaitlyn is the BEST! She is VERY knowledgeable and into her work. You can really tell that she lives what she does! I have had Botox twice (with lip flips), a hydro facial, and a medium chemical peel. I used to go to a plastic surgery center in Temecula for twice the price that I pay here! Their specials are AWESOME! I highly recommend The Image Center for all of your beauty needs!

I wouldn’t get injected by Lily. I don’t know if she’s new but she did not know what she was doing. The first time I got injected for lip filler at the Irvine location with versa the injector listened to what I wanted and nicely shaped my lips. Lily kept ignoring my requests! I asked for versa so I can make my lips look bigger vertically without adding too much volume. I asked her to shape my lips and she said “we do that in the end”. The end came and I look like a duck because she injected a whole syringe without touching my lips. Never shaped them. She also told me one side was uneven but due to my old filler, but I had told her it was already uneven in the beginning and asked her if she could fix it. If I wanted volume I would have gotten juvaderm. My lips look like the same size as my lips that I got the first time, just now an inch out of my face and even more uneven. Now I wanna dissolve and redo but would’ve liked to have it done the first time.

I’ve visited The Image Center, Huntington Beach, twice and had AMAZING experiences both times! Angeline was my nurse at both visits and she was extremely honest and did a great job with my non surgical nose job. I definitely recommend Angeline!

After doing a virtual consult and prepayment with Courtney, I came to this location and saw Vanessa for Full face and neck Ultherapy. I will not lie, I have a high pain tolerance but Ultherapy was PAINFUL even with numbing. It is not for the weak. HOWEVER, the results I experienced without needing to use more filler or do chin lipo were well worth it. My Jawline is very snatched now, my eyebrows which are naturally droopy did raise up some and some mild wrinkles I had under my eyes are gone. If your in 20's like me and are looking for a snatched jawline without fillers or lipo, this is it.

Absolutely atrocious. The woman who did my filler hit a blood vessel and refused to acknowledge it, even after it started turning black. The swelling was so bad that I ended up losing sensation in my top lip for several weeks. Months later, my lips are still lumpy and uneven. This is the place you want to go if you’re looking to get botched.

I came here to get my non surgical nose job done and some chin filler and literally THE BEST med spa I've ever been too. From the moment you walk in, they're extremely friendly and sweet! They made feel so comfortable and calm. I was a bit nervous to do the chin filler as it was my first time but the nurse explained everything and made me feel more relaxed! 10/10 my nose is absolutely perfect now and my chin makes my face look a lot more symmetrical! I love the image center!

I love this location. The staff is extremely sweet and caring. Ive come here for microneedling and the staff is so amazing I won’t go anywhere else! They use the best equipment and are so gentle. I really love it here!

I was referred from my friend because I wanted lip injections for the first time and hers looked AMAZING. My boyfriend and I drove out about an hour away to visit the Image Center. I chose this location specifically because of its amazing reviews and convenience of Sunday appointments. I had such a great experience! I was so nervous the entire time leading up to the injections. So nervous that I which I had remembered my nurses name because she was absolutely amazing and made this the best experience for me. I believe her name was either Jasmine or Yasmine? It was difficult to hear under the mask and my nerves didn’t help either. She was incredibly nice and personable. She made me feel so comfortable during the process. She talked me through every single step. Letting me know when she was making the injections and reassuring me of how amazing my lips were looking. My boyfriend and I were super thankful for her sweet and caring demeanor. I left super happy with my new lips. I had no pain during the injection, after the injection and very minimal bruising the next morning. My mom LOVES my new lips and is already thinking of booking her appointment with Image Center too!

Went to see nurse Nicole a couple months ago.totally nailed what I asked for and made me look years younger instantly. Vip status and I love the Huntington location! #nursenicole

I always love coming to the image center for my aesthetic needs. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful; they want you to feel as comfortable as possible for any procedure that you get done. Today I came in for the PDO Threads and The pain tolerance was a 1 out of 10 if anything I had zero pain. Definitely will continue to keep coming here.

The staff was nice but didn’t provide a great experience nor do I feel satisfied with my results. I would not recommend coming here for a non surgical nose job.

Dr. Newen is honest and straight to the point. I showed pictures of my expectations and he was very honest with my possible outcome. I appreciated it. The nurses were so kind and excited for me. The only thing is they don’t offer opinions which is understandable but when you have someone who doesn’t know it would be nice to get guidance based on what the patient’s attitude. My experience here was amazing! Thank you image team.
