The Japanese Garden reviews
27This place is beautiful. If like to come back and just sit and read a book. It's very quiet, everything looks green and lush. There's enough to see to require at least an hour just to walk the course.
The Japanese Gardens provide for serene environment for a stroll and quiet reflection, and fun for kids to explore the flora. There is no eating in the Gardens, but there is a picnic table at the entrance before or after the visit. It costs a few dollars per person to visit, which goes toward upkeep. Ample free parking.
Incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Take an umbrella, parasol or hat, because the sun can be harsh. Also, this is a popular filming location!
Es un jardín pequeño, pero bonito al estilo japonés.
Its a little japanese garden, its pretty but not to much to do or something especial to see.
Who knew there was such a beautiful garden in our own back yard? This is one of the hidden priceless gems in the San Fernando Valley. Open Sunday thru Thursday, do yourself a favor and spend some quality peaceful time in this beautiful place.
A pretty little garden.it would be nice if more parts of the larger park were kept this well. There is a bit of a funky smell that comes from the water treatment close by. I could do without the shop - too commercial. Anyway, a nice place to escape the sprawl of the city and suburbs.
Small and quaint, this was a great place to stop off during my day north of LA. The water treatment smell can at times catch you, but it’s still a wonderfully peaceful experience.
Also, it was a pleasant surprise to find myself at Starfleet Academy!
