Dear management I hope you read this. The San Clemente Joint Chiropractor office FIRED two of the best chiropractor in south OC. I have had to visit a second office to be adjusted properly multiple times.
You guys rotate doctors way too much. People generally only look for certain doctors for whom they form a fit. And after they do, you guys seem to rotate them or part ways with those desirable doctors. Otherwise, everybody at the front desk appear to be always pleasant and professional.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Joint, San Clemente! The Dr. ’s have been amazing and I’ve already felt so much better in just 2 sessions.
My family and I have been going to the Joint, San Clemente for years. I would highly recommend the team of chiropractors. Doctor Derek, Dr. Lucic and Dr. Noori are absolutely fantastic. P~
Great welcoming staff at the front desk. Dr Derek does amazing work and really worked out my lower back pain.
Derek is the best! Really professional and I feel really comfortable around him. He has a relaxed bedside manner and is personable, while getting the job done. I’ve gone to see him after multiple injuries from sleeping and from the gym. Also is a great conversationalist (if you’re looking for a chat, lol).
Dr. Derek Potvin is one of the be at chiropractors I’ve been to. His staff is always nice, helpful and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I give them an absolute A+ on service!

My daughter goes to The Joint in another state and loves it so much I thought I’d try it out. I chose to try The Joint in San Clemente and was lucky enough to have Dr. Derek (Potvin) work on me. At the time, I was pretty out of alignment, had a lot of issues with my knees and I was TIGHT! I’ve been coming to him now for 9 months and he’s really helped me get more movement and be pain free. I love that he always listens to my current issue and always helps release it and get me back in shape. I workout hard, and he understands exactly what I need and always helps me stay active. The front desk staff is also awesome! Always a friendly face.
