Hello, I'm Ramon, my experience with JointChiropractic was the best, excellent Doctors, I recommend them to all my friends, thank you all.

Dr. Amhed is great! He is very knowledgable and he is so nice. He helped me reduce pain and stiffness from my neck and shoulders. His treatment recommendation was excellent. My health improved dramatically. I now go for my alignment for maintaining my health.

This was my first visit. And I really liked the care I received. I am going to continue with them. I’m already feeling better in one visit!

They are a good chiropractor place and charge less than other chiropractors. I have had great care with them

They have helped me so much, I started about a month ago with intense lower back and hip pain and after a few weeks I feel so much better. The doctors there are so nice and helpful as well as the front desk ladies too. Everyone there is amazing and I am so thankful I found them!

I've been coming for a while to see the high turn over of drs. The amount of time spent to has dwindled to mirror regular healthcare, 5 minutes. How do you care for someone in 5 minutes. There is no trust, hoping this 3 minutes adjustment relieves pain.
Don't book an appt if you have a busy schedule because it doesn't matter, the unscheduled before you will be seen before you. I've seen a couple of good drs, Maddi and Skane, who made a difference. I will no longer go due to inconsistent adjustments and staff. Everyone does not adjust the same.
Random closures on scheduled office hours do not help me or your business. I'd rather pay a premium price for consistency and quality.

A couple times I came here and they've been closed unexpectedly, the last 2 being this week. An email was sent out when they closed on Tuesday, but I didn't look at my email before leaving my house. I understand emergencies come up, but it feels like I need to check my email every time I plan to drop in now so I don't waste my time and gas.

Staffing issues all the time. People literally sleeping in the waiting room because of the long wait.

Love the place but always to dam busy if I come in 45 minutes before work I'm always pressed for time coming here they need another location in riverside

Came in today at 220. They said since I'm a new patient I need to come back after 3. Never again. Tried to give them another chance. My mistake

I've been here twice to see Dr Skane and he does a fantastic job! Both times I've walked out feeling better than before. I work as a food server so I'm on my feet at least 6 hours a day carrying heavy trays and Dr Skane has reduced the pain in my neck down to my feet. I was a patient of Dr Maddi's, who is exceptional but moved out of the area, and hadn't been here since. Dr Skane has earned himself a new patient.

Doesn’t let me review the Rancho site but I am amazed with the customer service at the Rancho location! I have recently talk to Steve or Steven, and Eva who were able to assist me with documentation for my insurance claim. Thank you!
