The Joint Chiropractic, Oceanside CA

I went to "The Joint" as a walk-in patient. The process was very easy, the consultation was very quick. I think it would be a good addition to maybe do x-rays so people can see their actual alignment of their spine. However, the D. C.was pretty spot on with identifying my issues. The adjustment for my first time worked well and I am already feeling much better. I will definitely refer my family and friends.

Great staff, walk in process was very easy and I felt much better after the initial adjustment. I will return to hopefully continue feeling great.

Today I attended therapy and there was a large influx of clients but only one very professional therapist, but a lot of work for one person

My experience is still good. The staff really help me relax after a long week at my job at FedEx moving boxes, especially when I move blinds and many other things. Especially during the ups strike when we first started getting their volume.

Hands down best chiropractic experience I've had. They are caring, informative, and patient. Never once have I felt rushed or ignored. The price is very competitive as well. I signed up for the subscription and it's already paid for itself.

Dr. Oku is the man! I've seen other docs at this location and around Carlsbad, but he's the best doc in the Joint ecosystem for southern California! I'd highly recommend this location if you're searching for the right one to see with your membership. The other doc here tries to sell his supplements though so be wary of that.

Dr Oku is great. Always kind and compassionate. He gets me in and out of the office very quickly.

My recent experience with the front desk at this establishment left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Initially, I was under the impression that I was purchasing a 30-day package to save money. However, it turned out that I unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription that I had no intention of getting involved in.

Upon realizing the mistake, I approached the front desk to rectify the situation and request a refund. Disappointingly, they refused to accommodate my request and instead suggested that I simply come in for my treatment. This response only added to my sense of deception and left me dissatisfied with their customer service.

To make matters worse, I haven't returned to the establishment in over 45 days, yet I have been billed twice for the membership I never wanted. This recurring charge further emphasizes the misleading nature of their sales tactics and raises concerns about their transparency and integrity as a business.

Overall, my experience with this establishment has been less than satisfactory. I caution others to be wary of what they sign up for, as the front desk's sales pitch can be misleading. It's disappointing to encounter such deceptive practices, and I strongly advise potential customers to approach their membership options with caution.

Very reasonable cost, minimal wait times to see a Doc. Usually, a couple of visits sets me straight for a few months. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

When to The joint without an appointment. I had a sore Neck
