Dr. Bamberger was amazing! We talked about where I was feeling discomfort, he then explained the reasoning behind the discomfort as he explained how to prevent it and adjusted me at the same time.

The joint is great and convenient. I came in with major lower back pain, I followed their treatment plan and felt close to 100% in a few weeks. All the chiropractors were good.

Dr Rossi is amazing. Hands down best chiropractic experience with him. He is super knowledgeable and very kind. It's difficult to find a good chiro since they usually just Crack your body and let you go but Dr. Rossi listens to concerns and truly tries to help! If I had more money I would come here more often. I highly recommend

I was happy with their service I was receiving until I asked for a reimbursement for the 4months which I wasn’t able to use since I was gone on a business trip.
I asked politely if I can get store credit or negotiate a deal of some sort.
The front desk guy replied with a hard no and seemed frustrated went on to explain that it should be a life lesson for me. Seemed pretty rude on his choice of wording.pretty sad that they would treat a long time customer like that

Dr Tom is great. He has been very helpful and is very informative. I had a lot of fears and he helped me overcome them all. I just love going back to him. He is treating me with my neck pain and back pain and he is amazing at what he does. He handles he very delicately and I totally recommend this place.

I have been going to The Joint for several months now. The no appointment feature was odd to me, but I find it convenient. All of the staff here is great. Heather is very personable and always greets me with a smile. Most visits, she has me logged in before I get through the door. The whole office has a friendly feel, which I appreciate. This has become part of my week that I look forward to.
