Love The Joint! I started going to the Joint because I was having back, hip and leg pain that my medical doctor at Memorial Care couldn't diagnose. Everyone is so nice and I felt very welcome. I have had the pleasure of seeing the District Manager, Shadara, at the Lakewood and Cerritos location. She is so nice, happy and makes you feel at home. The receptionists are all very nice! I have been adjusted by several of the chiropractors and they are all good. Dr. Francke was so nice and really cared how I was feeling, but she is now at the Long Beach location. Dr. Novak at the Cerritos location diagnosed what is causing my pain, helped me to feel better and was very nice. Dr. Hersh is awesome in Lakewood and totally helped heal my pain! He also educated me on what is going on with my back, hip and leg and gave me stretches to do at home. I can't say enough good things about The Joint! It is well worth the money, which is a great price! I am still waiting for Memorial Care to get me into physical therapy, but I am happy to say I don't need it after going to The Joint! I wish I would have known about The Joint sooner!

I went in with some problems and Dr. Phillip helped me the best he could and gave me the best treatment plan to fit me and my issues

Such a great experience. As I am going through high anxiety Dr. Phil fixed me right up! He also, gave me a great breathing technique to use to deescalate my anxiety. Highly recommend.

Every visit at this location has been wonderful. Clorinda at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. The Dr’s are always tentative. They listen to you and work with your body to have you feeling better.

I have a billing issue with The Joint in Long Beach, They started billing me again over 2 years after I had cancelled my service. I have been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of March. They do not return my phone calls, emails or when I have stopped in. The last communication back from them was March 28th stating that I should hear from them on Friday March 31st, which I have not. At this point I feel like they are stealing from me.

Dr Tracy and Corinda was great. My back is a mess. Instant relief after the adjustment and I have no doubt regular care will help me continue to get better.

I love the location in Lakewood, because all of the doctors there are so patient, kind, and thorough with their clients. I am particularly fond of Dr. Tracy and Dr. Paul. Not only do they take the time to observe my vital signs, but they both inform of what they can and cannot do for me to maintain safety and well-being of my health. Dr. Tracy, will accommodate you within reasonable and effective limits while working the most important parts. Dr. Paul, can read your body like a book and will carefully flip your pages with ease and care and makes sure to check in on you while he works. The staff are so friendly, and communicative that you look forward to coming back for even just simple and wholesome conversations regarding your health and overall options to improve. They take spinal health quite seriously, and will walk you through the necessary steps towards your goals. I recommend for anyone, looking to reclaim their posture and body strength to come here and be treated with mattering regard. Thank you so much Dr. Tracy and you are so appreciated Dr. Paul

If you purchase a membership from this place they will auto-renew with no warning and will not notify you. Judging from some other reviews I saw, they do this often. The doctors are great but it seems as if they have a problem notifying customers on the actual details of our membership. I was not told about any auto-renewal and was not able to get a refund despite me not going anymore. Hope this business can fix this.

Dr. Tracy is amazing, front desk is very hospitable and organized and friendly. The facilities very clean and professional.

Thanks to Dr. Tracy and her kind staff I am on the mend from a horrible flair up. I followed all recommendations and was medically cleared by my primary care.doctor before my adjustment-as directed by Dr. TRACY. I APPRECIATED HER CAUTION AND PROFESSIONAL STANCE. I had headaches and ocular migraine symptom brought on by stress and secondary to disc compression and arthritis in my neck.
I look forward to continuing my care at The Joint Lakewood CA.

Dr. Tracy Lam is very good, has a nice welcoming personality and helped me a lot with my back pain. Front desk were friendly and helpful as well. Both Clorinda, and Shadara helped make my visit better.

First time here and 1st time seeing a chiropractor in general in about 15 years. Walked in hunched over and in pain. Walked out standing straight and significantly less pain. That's a win for me! Affordable and friendly. I'll be back!
