I always have such an amazing time whenever i go to this location! Austin the front desk receptionist is so happy and really brightens up the place by always making conversation and making each guest feel comfortable and seen.the chiropractors are INCREDIBLE and genuinely check in with how i’m doing and feeling following each visit.they are careful and ask what level of adjustment im comfortable with which i appreciate.i always leave feeling so much relief.i am so grateful to have found the joint but this joint branch specifically:)

Great experience at the Joint Chiropractic in Mission Valley. Love that you can just walk in. Very convenient. I have tried 3 other Chiropractors in the surrounding area and they didn’t compare to The Joint!

Quick no wait.adjusting was great. Needed it badly. Will be back again. Receptionist and Chiropractor were really nice.

Mission Valley is great! They have amazing workers who are friendly patient and listen to what I need.

Out of all the joint locations, this one is the worst! It's worth driving a few extra miles to get to a different location. Other locations are more understanding, lenient, patient, and are people of their word! I called ahead to let them know I was arriving late, The receptionist said it was ok & to come on down after checking w/ the chiropractor, I arrived 30 seconds after the time I informed them my GPS stated I would arrive, wearing a mask was no issue for me either.

I got a new provider and honestly I was disappointed, first time I have a suboptimal experience at this place.

The staff is really great, the two up on the front desk have a great attitude towards anyone who walks through the door. I kid you not my body is messed ip due to lifestyle and work, but one adjustment later and I’m back up again with a good sense of what I need to do to recover from damage

I always have back problems eversince i injured my back played bowling 25 years ago. I have been to many different chiropractors. But join chiropractor is among the best, because their doctors are knowledgeable and very skilled. Everytime, I visit for treatment. I always feel better afterward. It Keeps my body in balanced and flexible. I can live my active lifestyle, playing basketball and biking. Other services are notable, they have prepaid plans at very affordable payments. They also open 7 days a week and super friendly staff. Thank you mission valley joint chiropractor, keep up the good work!

Dr. Greenie was very informative and did whatever he could do to alleviate the pain I had in my back at the moment. Looking forward to more adjustments at The Joint.

We wanted to try a new chiropractor, saw their promotion online and decided to head in. The staff was very friendly and this review isn't about this particular branch but overall company policy.

We arrived at 6: 05 and were told to come back another time before 6pm. Since we were new patients they couldn't receive us.
Nowhere on their site does it state you have to get there before 6pm.
Waste of time.

I have been going to the Mission Valley location for about eight years, which I think speaks volumes about the care I receive. All the doctors are top-notch, and I'm very particular. The doctors and front desk staff are always friendly and greet me with a welcoming hello. I typically get a treatment once a week, which I strongly recommend, because when I miss a week, I can feel the difference. I highly recommend this location!
