The Joint Chiropractic, Rialto CA

Went in due to lots of different pains in my lower back and hips, Left hip felt like it needed to crack but I just couldn’t do it by myself. After a while I decided to go in and after the first adjustment, my hip felt so much better, It didn’t hurt to run or squat anymore. I was recommended to go 2 months and then go back every so often to maintain. What sold me was on my first visit the gentlemen told me “it’s not a quick fix you still have to be sure to stretch and exercise” which I knew but I liked the fact that he wasn’t trying to sell me on that the adjustments are what is going to fix everything so I appreciated his honesty. Both of the gentlemen that did my adjustments were awesome. I definitely recommend the Rialto office.

Love the team at Rialto, CA at Renaissance! They listen to me and take the time to make their manipulation adjustments accordingly. I feel better, and walk out of there with a smile thank you so much

I went in today for the first time and brought my friend with me as we had seen this office before just shopping around the area. The staff was super friendly, inviting and very informative. The chiropractor himself, I believe his name is Dr. Moursalian, was super helpful and informative. He really took the time to talk to both my friend and I about our personal conditions and the best treatment for them. Very polite and professional and he actually adjusted us both which helped alot as personally I had been to a chiropractor before that really didn't do anything to or for me. My friend had never been to a chiropractor before and the Dr.made him feel comfortable and informed with all he was saying and doing and my friend left a very satisfied customer. We both will be coming back for future adjustments. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who feels they may need it or are just curious especially first timers. Thanks for the excellent service you all provide.

Staff and chiropractors are very professional and helpful. Dr M. Made sure I had a great experience. My neck and shoulder pain has improved dramatically. My back and hips have also improved with the treatments. Thanks!

The service was great and everyone who was on staff was amazing and kind. Maddy greeted me and was uplifting and welcoming. DR. M made sure I knew what was going on and was cool. Give them both raises:) & my posture great

It definitely helps but I feel like they treat everybody with the same treatment. They do the same procedures to everybody. I feel it should be more specialized. Other than that it’s very quick and easy and affordable

I had the WORST experience here.
I came in at 5: 15 pm.
The guy handed me a lot of paperwork, which I did, then he said "we will be with you in a moment" MANY people walked in and got inside, fist bumping the doctor, I just waited, then when I asked almost 1hr after I got there, the front guy said "there's a more returning patients ahead of you, you're better off coming a different day", It took a lot of will power not to tell the guy what I really wanted to tell him. He wasted my time and lied to my face. WHAT A SHAME OF ESTABLISHMENT.

This particular Hyundai dealership is the best of any service i have ever had. Thank you guys for helping me. I am a customer for life.

They make u feel like family the care adout u and hear u out I would recommend this place to every one the make u feel right at home

FYI unfortunately, not a walk in chiropractor and will try to schedule you on a weekday after sending you an email that states to walk in and show email. Hopefully they can update their false advertisement.

I love Dr. Lewis and his team he is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever had and I’ve seen many and been to many The Joint offices. I trust him wholeheartedly with my care as he is very knowledgeable and shows compassion throughout his practice. I highly recommend coming here and seeing him!

This particular location with Dr. Lewis and his staff was wonderful. I drive a distance just to come to this area and is worth it. I always feel at home with the staff here and am always relieved after my session with Dr. Lewis. I highly recommend this location.

Dr. Anthony Rizkallah has excellent people skills and because of his interpersonal skills on my initial consultation, I signed up for a year's paid visits. I highly recommend The Joint chiropractic based on the doctor (s) that are available at that location. Not all doctors have the same skill level and adjustments are highly dependent on trusting your doctor. So I can and do highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Rialto, CA and tell family and friends to ask for Dr. Hatami.

I was having an over-billing and double billing problem that kept occurring for four months in a row. I would call the corporate number that "The Joint" had on file, speak with the customer service representative and eventually (about 5 to 7 days later) get the charges reversed. The problem was, it just kept happening.

The solution was Madison at the Rialto location. She stepped in and involved her District Manager Brian Franzen and the two of them were able to solve the problem (that numerous calls to corporate did not). I am impressed by Madison stepping in and following through on fixing corporate's billing issue.

Not only that, but when Dr. Rizkallah (the chiropractor that I trust) was out sick she texted me and let me know. She saved me an hour drive time there and back (from my residence). Now, that is extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend the Rialto location for Dr. Rizkallah as a chiropractor and for Madison running the front reception area. A highly proficient team.
