The Joint Carlsbad is awesome! Dr. Brown gives seriously excellent care. Go see her and get your back or alignment concern taken care of. The joint overall is a great organization, and I often drive a little farther to get to the Carlsbad Joint. I lift heavy for my work, and frequent visits there help me much! Thank You Dr. Brown!

I haven’t been to this place in the last 6 months and the first time I come back they refused service to me even after I pay for the subscription. I arrived 24 minutes before closing time to check in and the rude kid in the front told that I had come back on Tuesday because they weren’t taking anyone else in. I am in a lot of pain and I can’t wait 3 days. Bad customer service never come here. Beware.

The chiropractic care was great. The administrative and front desk staff are why this rating is so low. They printed a receipt for the office visit that was dated 2021 which I did not realize until I already submitted to FSA. I called to get the correct receipt and was told I need to drive 30+ miles to pick it up that it cannot be emailed to me (nor no offer to mail it!). Then was told to go to another office to get it. Why should I have to waste gas and time because they failed to print a receipt from that day? Meanwhile I have never had an issue with multiple other locations I have been to with sending me a receipt.
Poor customer service.

We love the Joint in Carlsbad. Gary is the regular doc at that location and he is awesome! He is really good at finding just the right spot to adjust. Would definitely recommend this business!

Only been going a few weeks but loving it so far. Really enjoying the quick in and out service. I also like that there’s no sales pitch on signing up for a pricey monthly membership each visit. Very affordable and worth the small monthly dues.

Week hands. Been a customer for 4 years. Mainly go in Central Cal. Down here on vacation so went in for an adjustment. Very nice staff and incredibly kind. The man seemed like he didn't want to be there and did 3 adjustments. He was 1 for 3. I'm very movable too. He didn't even try a 2nd time. Waste of a visit! My wife experienced the same. I'll go when I get back home to the Joint near my place for a proper adjustment.

I have been coming to The Joint in Carlsbad for almost two years now, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Dr. Gary is the best chiropractor I’ve ever gone to. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great, affordable adjustment!

I’ve had amazing experiences at the Joint chiropractic in La Costa. My body is getting back to normal but it will require regular maintenance:) Dr Gary Loos is amazing at what he does. I’m thankful to have found an amazing doctor at an amazing price.

Dr. Loos is the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient at what he does. I suffer from migraines and the only thing to keep them at bay is seeing him on a weekly basis. Dr. Loos is professional and thorough, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.
