The Joint Chiropractic, Upland CA

I went in as a first time patient walk in. The process was very quick. I had printed and prefilled my information at home to bring in so it made the already very quick wait time even quicker. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

First time coming to a chiropractor! I was nervous and unsure of what to expect but Dr. Bowen was very nice and explained everything I needed to know! I’m glad I chose the upland location:) and definitely will be coming back

Dr. Rhoe cared enough to figure out the cause of my shoulder pain. She applied some therapy at the office and showed me some exercises to try at home. All of which worked and my shoulder pain is now gone.

This is the best place to get your needs met. I was in so much pain and it wasn't until my 1st session that I felt instant relief! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel amazing! Dr. Bowen is amazing

Business model of this place is a scam. They sell you a plan, but then tell you that you need more treatment past what the plan covers, and then want to charge extra.

Counter staff are rude and dishonest. Had to get my Credit card company involved to stop the recurring charges months AFTER cancelling my membership

I love coming here, the receptionist is such a sweetheart with such a happy good vibe. Every time I come in she’s always greeting everyone and super cheerful!

My experience so far at The Joint Upland Location has been Amazing! I’ve been twice and Stef from the front desk has consistently made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She continues to make me feel at ease before adjustments and has shown how knowledgeable and helpful she can be. Dr. Bowen has also been absolutely amazing with my adjustments. I completely appreciate his communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this location and will be continuing with my treatments here.
