FAVORITE GYM IN THE CITY! Jyima and Sophia are an amazing team. The vibe is so family without and friendly. The classes are intense and keep you wanting more. Location is perfect and central. Jyima’s like that big brother that’s sweet but won’t let you slack.

Small group functional fitness classes with personable experienced trainers. Healthy mix of cardio and resistance training available every weekday. Boxing classes at night to improve hand eye coordination and hit something.

This is hands down the best gym in LA. Sophia and Jyima are the most knowledgeable trainers that I’ve ever worked with. Their workouts are extremely effective and you get results. The community is kind, welcoming, and supportive. I’m a proud member <3
