Roman the key guy gave me outstanding service for a new car key. He was on time and done within 20 minutes. He'll be the first call I make if I need locksmith services again.

My sister is stranded when her kids lost her key and cell phone. He wants her to call him for an appointment. I told him 3 times the registered owner is with the car, and he refused to make an appointment with me as if he works in some kind of secret operations.
Dude, that's your job.

I called Port City next and damn, he was so polite and was very helpful. Think of it as you like, they know how to operate a mobile business. I have no reason to call you if I want to promote another business.

My sister was stranded with 4 kids in a storage facility with no car keys or phone. She called from the storage facility's office, and I told her to call me back.

Your policy is just a waste of time, I don't want to have my sister and her kids stranded until mr key guy shares his top secret schedule with her.then realize I have to call others, since she can't call around.
I understand if your policy is to only create keys for registered owners, which is part of your integrity. But not willing to schedule an appointment on behalf of my sister is something you should reconsider and adds no benefit. What if she doesn't speak English?

Anyways, you brought up payment options not me, which is also nonsense in 2024.

Great experience. Comparable prices to a dealer. But you don't have to tow, he's mobile and will go to you. Very nice and upfront. Also requires that I show my drivers license and registration for the car. Made me feel safer knowing that he does check.
