The Kickin' Crab Riverside

Atmosphere was dull. Not much effort from staff in respect to catering to the guests. Food was pretty good. Presentation was mediocre at best. Menu was very small and didn't have anything for the picky. I would recommend this for people who are only looking for Cajun style seafood and not the atmosphere. I probably wouldn't go back but much of my family would or at least call for take out. They were out of lobster and eggs. Also they do not have anything like salads or breads. Kids didn't eat anything.

Crazy to charge $75 for king crab legs when the meat is so over cooked it’s stuck to the shell.

Came here for my first time trying Cajun bag and first time coming here. Definitely coming again. The food was so good, service was wonderful. Staff goes around making sure customers are okay and if they need anything. The atmosphere is inviting, very good and calm vibe.

Manager Terry Finel lol walked away from me reviewing the receipt. Terrible service - food is good not great and please turn on your AC. 3rd time I been here and last time will visit annd it’s all good. People need to be heard when you are spending 350-400 with your family and can care less.

Food and the seasoning was on point. I got exactly what i want. And our server was very good at explaining thing. The atmosphere was ok i wish they have a booth for more comfort zone.

Place is pretty gross. How. Everything is greasy, walls, floor, grease dust bunnies everywhere. Food was good though! Fresh shrimp, little pop to the bite, and not powdery.

I will take out next time.

The food was great and so was the service. A bit pricy but that's seafood. The only think I wish they offered was gloves when they have you the bib, it would make eating more enjoyable since you won't get so dirty, lol.

The food was great. I was though disappointed they had no sweet tea. This is a Cajun seafood place and sweet tea is a southern staple. I didn’t get the chance to try any of the fresh oysters since they were out. But the day after thanksgiving I’m sure would be the reason why and didn’t apply this to the amount of stars given. The staff was quick and friendly. But please get some sweet tea by our next visit.

Better then boiling crab in my opinion. The only downfall in my eyes would have to be they close so early at 9pm everyday why!

Quiet and not crowed at lunch time. The food was "okay" (they were out of both kinds of crawfish). Service was mediocre for how slow it was, (staff were behind bar talking the whole time). Overpriced for the quality of food and service.

Worst customer service i ever dealt with i took my wife and my kids there but two of my kids don’t eat seafood so I brought them an outside burger they wanted me to throw the food away or either to leave my kids outside and i eat inside and the guy said it’s our policy and it doesn’t make any sense to leave my kids behind and make them sit alone outside

Quality changed! The snowcrab i bought was super salty i had to wash it for me to eat it but still salty my throat hurts and cant swallow it cause its super salty

Horrible experience. Worst customer service ever in my life. Our serve made us feel like we were bothering him by asking for condiment’s. Everything we asked for they didn’t “have”. Our serve left home after his shift. The night manger assisted us at the end of our meal. We paid almost 500$ and left her a tip for her kindness and customer service appreciation. Another gentleman that worked their made a loud remark to my family to our face laughing telling us that was all that we were tipping her. Insulting our percentage’s we left. The whole crew started to laugh at us as we left the restaurant at closing time. Felt so disappointed. Never will go to the riverside location ever. Not sure if I will ever step food in a kickin crab ever was my first time and never again.
