The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown, Los Angeles CA

Beautiful, I really loved it. Very good service, obviously the prices are high but it's totally worth it. I would come back any time. Very good location

Neat location, nice amenities, hellishly slow WiFi. If you need to be connected to the internet, this is not the place to stay

The staff is absolutely amazing and will do anything in their power to make sure your needs are met! Here often and couldn’t think of a better staff. The breakfast has plenty of options and the staff will accommodate if you need something else! Very central location in Downtown as well!

We looked into this area for a concert we had and found this hotel. At first glance it looked nice but when you start paying attention you see the bad. The room we stayed at had foundation cracks all over the walls and roof making it seemed old and scary, the vanity desk area and the TV area was extremely dusty not to mention the water pressure sucked! The bed was comfortable but definitely not worth coming back. We stayed in the PH floor and it was definitely not worth the price. Its outdated and smells old

They offer valet parking with in and out option for about $40 a day just to take that into a consideration. Staff was friendly. Picture of the view from our room

The Grand is as it says; a grand hotel, indeed! I has been renovated into a lovely modern hotel that's a perfect spot to meet up with friends for drinks before exploring the city. It is located right in the middle of many of the attractions that make Los Angeles such a great place to visit. The rooms are quite nicely decorated in a modern simplistic style, & are spacious with great views. It hotel restaurant offers great menu choices and the bar is pretty swank. I always make sure to stop in here, whenever I'm in town.

Lovely hotel stuck in the 2000's. As i sit in the penthouse floor, and we approach 2019, this hotel sees no need to have internet access with speeds greater than. 09Mbps – meaning it would take you 1 minute and 20 seconds to download 1 Megabyte. On top of this, it's 10 bucks for 24 hour access. Internet access isn't a luxury, it's a basic utility, for business and leisure.
Do yourself a favor and book a place with some proper connectivity.

I've arrived on Saturday and couldn't believe the customer service is amazing very friendly And very helpful also the rooms are very clean I would definitely come back and the food is very good exspecially

Hotel is very tired and doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating. 10 years ago, maybe. Rooms are pretty old. In the evening, and employee just barged into my room. He apologized said it was a room check. What the heck is a room check? I probably would give it three stars if I was very generous. What took it down to 1 star is the fact that you also have to pay $10 per day for Internet. Are you kidding me? Who charges for Internet anymore? It was a corporate stay and I couldn’t add the fee to my reservation nor did I want to pay out-of-pocket. Very disappointed and will not staying here again. I know no one in management or ownership cares about single review but I reiterate, I travel to the area often, it was my first time staying here, and I will NOT stay here again.
