The Lakes Entertainment Center, West Covina CA

It is a multipurpose building, there are several offices of different businesses and there are some cinemas there to have a good time.

My go to place for movies. The Edwards here has the best prices on first run movies. Update: the sushi place here is no longer all you can eat. Its now buy 1 get 1/2 off.

You have to try Anna's pizza. They have really good Chicago deep dish. If my stomach could handle it, I would eat that dish everyday. So much cheese, I am lactose intolerant.

No good restaurants left.
If you want to see how Co-Vid virus has destroyed the local restaurant business, then you just need to come to visit this "mall".
There were only 1 to 3 restaurants and coffee shops remaining open, and most of them are not good.
First, there were much less people hanging around the square in front of the movie theater anymore. The fountain was dirty and dry.
Some people even throw trash inside of the fountain and made it look very ghetto. Second, when there were less people hanging around the square, then there would be less people trying to get something to drink and eat. Therefore, most restaurants had to be shut down. Some restaurants remain open, but the food were not good and the happy vibe: used-to-be, are certainly dead.
I really hope that someone from the city will utilize tax payer's money to revitalize this landmark of West Covina.

A very nice place and it has a great assortment I went to the movies at night a very quiet and safe place

100th birthday festival on 2/19/23 was well-organized & plenty of parking. Lots of vendors & great music & entertainment (belly dancers were beautiful!)

This place is trying so hard. I feel like it’s a bad location. There’s plenty of parking. It can get really crowded and I still find parking. Just gotta walk further. The movie theater has the latest movies playing and there are places to eat.

Edwards theater, was there yesterday so many people tryng to beat the heat. They did amazing they should do that more often.
