Lidia did a great job tinting my brows and lashes. She darkened my lashes a second time and did not rush even though I was late.

So i got a lash lift, went in and got it, took care of my lashes and didn’t add anything for 24 hours, next day they’re all down again. They didn’t lift my lashes whatsoever! I contacted them and they just offered to redo them! Like what i want my money back if you didn’t do the job at all! I regret even leaving a tip for the lady that did my lift

My experience has been great! From the warm welcome at the front desk, to treating you as a valued customer from start to finish. I love my beautiful eyelashes that give my eyes “a pop” and the careful attention my stylist gives each time I come.

Absolutely love coming to this location! It is so clean! I absolutely love the environment and have gone to 2 separate stylists who have done my lashes.both did an amazing job on my hybrid lashes. This location has earned a loyal customer for their cleanliness and superb customer service.

The lady who did my brow lamination was fabulous, and so was the lady who checked me in. I would go here again if it were solely based on the staff friendliness and accommodation. I will just say, if you are on the fence to do a brow lamination, don’t do it. It’s SO pointless. I’ve never met someone who needs their eyebrows to be straightened. It’s a lot of money to spend when you can just go to the store and get some Vaseline and an eyebrow brush and wipe them in an upward sweeping motion. They lasted a day the way she did them and I had to keep fixing them if my hair touched them or I hugged someone and they brushed my eyebrows. Absolutely pointless and a waste of money. Getting them colored would make it worth it…. Maybe.yeah…it’s a waste of time and money. 5 stars for friendly staff and awesome cleanliness of this workplace though. Very kind and talented people and I highly recommend going there for other services.

Veronica did my extensions removal and she was great. Experience was calm and quick which I loved. She was a great consultant to guide me on what would look best for my next set and I already have next appointment booked!

I was coming pretty frequently for a while but they decided to teach someone with me. I left with like 10 lashes after two hours don’t train on clients.

Very pleased with my first visit. The girl at the front desk is such a great asset to the company. Kind, informative and welcoming. I love my lash extensions, quality of work was great. Only thing I wished is we discussed was the level of thickness. But in two weeks for my fill we can make that change. I just moved here and so thankful I found Lash Lounge.

I get my eyelashes lifted here every so often. I love the people here! They're so nice and kind! They do great work!

Bad experience. I didn’t want to do this but I’m so unhappy. I’m here on holiday, thought I’d treat myself, I went in for a lash lift and tint, apparently the lift was fine but they dropped when she tinted them. Since coming home my lashes have started falling out. Some of them have been over processed, others have dropped, some look crinkled, other bits Are clumped together, some are facing downwards which they never do naturally. I literally cried. I did get a full refund and they did offer to come back and fix them but I’m flying home and would take that offer because they look Awful And it don’t think I’d risk a second round. It’s been getting me down. The lady was lovely so I feel bad even writing this review but it’s just depressing when I look in the mirror.i dont recommend.
