Update: I am coming up on a year! Just love this place. I have been with Jasmine for about 9 months. She turned into a "master". Congrats Jasmine. I have had to make a couple of appointment changes and couldn't have Jasmine. Both gals I had in a pinch were terrific.

I don’t have a particular stylist, because everyone does an amazing job! I love getting my lashes done here. All of the stylists are great

My eyelash stylist is Natalie. She is always so gentle. She is considerate of my needs and her work is exemplary!

Natalie is the best kept secret! She is very accommodating and my lashes haven’t looked better.

It's a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are all friendly. My lash tech was very nice and professional and did an amazing job. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

So far, so good. My lash technician has been, after two sessions, professional, pleasant, and skilled. The first receptionist (dark wavy hair, bubbly) I interacted with was just great, very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the second receptionist (weekend of 1/28-1/29), not so much.
I’ll keep going back. It’s a clean, and overall, welcoming place.

These technicians have been the worst in my experience and their prices are ridiculous jokes.

I visited this location three times for a lash lift and tint. The first time I was very pleased with the quality their services and decided to come back a second time. The second time I was there I showed up 15 minutes early and waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Halfway through my service they informed me they would only be able to complete the last lift and not the tint because they were closing. I was disappointed. However, I decided to return one more time. I specifically called to ensure my appointment was set up for a lash lift AND tint and confirmed my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment they told me they would not have time to complete both services and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no and decided I will not be returning. To my surprise I was charged at $42 “cancelation fee”. When I called to ask that it be returned as They were the ones who did not honor the appointment they refused and said it was totally inappropriate and that a manager would call. Don’t go here unless you want terrible snobby service

Jennifer is amazing, patient and so informative. She took her time and explained everything as well as make my look special for my wedding. She is definitely awesome for your first time receiving lashes.

The lash lounge employees are professional, the location is clean, and appointments run on time.

Nice convenient location. Very clean. Friendly staff with desire to make you happy with the new look. Jasmine knows her stuff and when I had a retention issue they immediately stepped up and said to come in and they would make right. Very professional. I joined their membership club and visit every 2 weeks.

I love this place. It is very clean and has a spa feel to it, the front desk manager is the friendliest person and was very sweet helping my sister and I out with information since it was our first time. If you want to feel relaxed and pampered, this is the place to go to for your lashes?
