The Laundromat by Swish & Swirl, San Luis Obispo CA

Traveling and living out of our van laundromats are important. If you're a van lifer go here! Lots of good food around it it clean nice neighborhood and the laundromat was very clean machines knew and the dryers the best I've ever seen. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. The place was clean, and was impressed by the new dryers they had. They had a lot of machines; prices ranging from $4 for the more standard sized ones, $7 for the slightly bigger ones, and $9.75 for the biggest ones they offered. The older dryers were 25¢ for 4 minutes, while newer dryers were 25¢ for 5 minutes. I’ll have to say I was impressed by how efficiently my clothes were dried in such a short time, as I used about 15 min.

Overall, I wish there was a bigger selection of larger sized washers. I would definitely go here again!
Also the restroom wasn’t open, maybe only open when attendants are present?

With the Federal Coin shortage, this place sucks. They only take quarters, so you better have your own. The two quarter change machines run out of cash real quick. The nextdoor 7-11 is adamant on not helping out.
The medium size washer was $6 for a cold wash.
Also- dryer is $. 25 for 5 minutes. And the last three minutes of dry is cold air. Far too expensive.
I am thankful I have a regular place, if I had to depend on this laundromat, I would never have clean clothes.: (
