My first experience with being involved with a nasty fight with a particular brother of mine who made the settlement with the courts a hostile fight for equity and fairness prompted me to seek out a Lawyer who would fight for fairness in my dad's estate so that a just distribution would happen in lieu of my adversarial brother who wanted it all.

I paid them $5k in advance in April in sept we had court, at the hearing the judge asked my lawyer why I had not sold my house, I have limit admin rights, then they say they are going to take my cars also. So now I lose my house and my cars and I paid for them all been with my husband for 43 years, and all the attorney said was I have to check with my client. Never once did the attorney read my case, it was clearly shown on the activity on line at the court house case activistly that I have limited authority. So, I tell my attorney that I have limited admin.and it shows on the case, so now I am suspended and now I am going to lose everything I have worked for my entire life. I paid for the stuff and the attorney did not even read my case. I never heard from the attorney again, he finally did file a substitution of attorney a little to late, he has had 6 months and has done nothing. But I have gotten all kinds of bills from the firm for what the attorney did not even read the case or talk to me about the case or anything but not to worry after being charged $5,000.00 dollars for doing nothing, the day after that I get another bill for $5,000.00 dollars and still nothing has been done on my case. We had a recess and I told the attorney that I had not authority and my admin rights were limited. We go back to court and guess what the attorney told the judge, NOTHING EXCEPT THAT I WAS SORRY DID NOT TELL HIM THAT I HAD LIMITED AUTHORITY DID NOT DO ANYTHING BUT GET ME SUSPENDED. NOW I AM GOING TO LOSE EVERYTHING MY CARS THAT I PAID FOR MY HOUSE THAT I PAID FOR. EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE WORKED FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS JUST GOT GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE MY ATTORNEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO READ MY CASE FILE. NOW THEY WANT AN ADDITIONAL $5,000.00 FOR WHAT, I DONT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO LOSE, WHAT WOULD I PAY AN ATTORNEY FOR, I DID NOT HIRE HIM TO MAKE ME LOSE MY LIFE SAVINGS. I COULD NOT BELEIVE THAT THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME A BILL FOR AN ADDITIONAL. $5,000.00. IT IS OVBIOUS THAT NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE EVERYTHING THAT YO U OWN BECASUE YOUR ATTORNEY WON’T DO WHAT HE WAS HIRED TO DO, OR AT LEAST READ THE FILE OR TALK TO YOUR CLIENT, THEN THIS IS THE FIRM TO HIRE. A COMPLETE LACK A FACDUCIARY DUTIES.

David was very understanding but he has left the firm in California. I ve been working with this firm for 3 years now on the theft of my inheritance and I’m still paying without results. I’ll raise this score should things go well. Update, two lawyers working with me quit! This firm got me NOWHERE! Spent major money and got a lot of lip service! I suggest another agency altogether! RUN
