Ive lived here 3 years. Its peaceful, I live on a dead end street which really helps. I am right by Willow Creek trail. Rent has gone up each year, which I assume is based on Cali rental law. 1750,1850, this year 1989. But if you look at other apt rentals, square footage, its the same across the board. My apt location is what keeps me here. Costco, Trader Joes, Walmart, Sprouts, Palladio, are 10-15 minutes away, but Im still far enough away from the high traffic areas. The Maintenance team is top notch, which is a huge positive.

Jose our maintenance guy did a good job in fixing our guest bathroom. It all started with the water leak coming from the toilet which spreads out to the baseboard. It did not happen overtime but as it progressed, the corner baseboard became rotten and vinyl floor was warped. We reported immediately and the next day, Jose came to check on it. With the help of Miss Nadine from the office to schedule the vinyl replacement and with Jose’s expertise to work on the leak and the repainting of baseboards and wall it all came out perfect thank you to all. Job well done

Like always, Jose did an excellent job repairing my dryer. He is always friendly and helpful.
