The LEGO Store Glendale Galleria reviews
13This particular LEGO store seems to ALWAYS have what I’m looking for. Keep up the great work LEGO staff at Glendale!
Incredibly helpful staff. I was greeted right away and they were patient with educating me with the options of many sets they have available.
Jackie was very helpful in assisting us in creating our VIP membership and large purchase of the AT-AT Series 75313. We have been looking for it for a while and were fortunate enough to find it at the Glendale Galeria location. Thank you Jackie for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful. You definitely made our experience when shopping.
Racists! I asked two questions. Question #1 do you have this set (349.00) in the back? I would like an undamaged box. The little Caucasian boy asked, "Why are you buying it? " At first it was just offensive. Second question, "Which sets that you guys have are retiring? " To which that little (tallest male in the store; Caucasian) answered, "We can't assist you with these type of questions. " Meanwhile I looked through my peripheral view that same rude Caucasian grabbed another Caucasian and started to show them sets that were about to retire. The thing that stung was, the Caucasian lady didn't even inquired about it. Racism at a toy store.
Great place to get Legos, wish they had this when I was a kid, mame sure toys are safe for you childs age here
Was hoping for a grander scale of variety amongst the shelves. I was pleased to find several big sets among star wars and batman aswell as the construction sets. Found what interested me and was happy with my purchase.
Really enjoy going to the Lego store. Wish they had one of these when I was not kid. It's great to hear from you able to look through and compare the various sets to each other. The best thing about the store is that they usually have one of the larger or more complicated (and expensive) sets fully assembled and they rotate those pretty often so there is generally something new to see everytime. The staff is very helpful and is always willing to help lookup the availability of particular sets if they are not in the store (which tends to happen a lot these days). My kids could spend all day playing with the boxes of bricks and minifigs they have open and available for you to play with.
Great store with super friendly staff, especially Ryan. I really enjoyed their mini figure building station. I ended up making my girlfriend and I. I would recommend this place for anything from spend time crafting your own custom figure to just browse their sets. Very fun experience overall.
Just a store nothing else. No offers nothing. If you going to buy lego they have it all. But yeah nothing special. I almost recommend to shoot in stores for better prices.
Worst place ever, covid positive.the employee started a fight with me.he pulled a knife and started threatening children. I bought infity gauntlet ages 14+ 4170 pieces tho.
Great location for thr LEGO enthusiasts. Helpful staff. Tidy shelves of inventory. Good selection of affordable & high-end kits.
This place is awesome! Not only do they have all the current sets in store, the staff is amazing! We had a piece break on one of our new sets and Rita went out of her way to help us find a replacement. So kind and concerned, really made my little guy feel special.
Drove from Arcadia to find they have decided to randomly close until January 7th.
Have been calling since January 2nd and even today before leaving home to order and have a curbside pick up but number does not work.
I could see the workers inside the store when I got their at 12pm.
It is very strange, when the whole Galleria mall is open and all the stores are working, and this LEGO store just randomly decided to close.
Now I have to drive back home empty handed.
