The Little Door reviews
15Most romantic restaurant in LA. Might not look like a big deal from the outside, but when you walk in the environment turns into a fairytale setting. The service and food are superb - I had the lamb as the main entree and it was truly one of the best lambs I have ever had. The menu is a little limited, however there is no way to go wrong with any item you order.
Went here for a Christmas Eve dinner. The food was terrible. The only thing I was able to finish was the lobster bisque.
The wait to get each meal was long. The waiters never came to refill our drinks. The worst part was the “bread pudding” it was almost like they just served us dried up crumbs with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
We are so glad that we chose to have Christmas Eve dinner here. The food was fantastic as always! Will come back again for sure!
I proposed to my wife here in 2016 and we revisited recently for our 3 year wedding anniversary. Beautiful place, great service and great food.
My husband and I recently celebrated our 22nd anniversary at The Little Door. The ambiance was romantic and beautiful and the food was delicious. Service was great too. Highly recommend.
Great food, attentive service, gorgeous patio and romantic ambiance. Had a really pleasant dining experience. Thank you.
Had dinner on Christmas Eve (pre fixed menu) and overall, 3/5. The service was slow and the food left a lot to be desired.
Lobster bisque had a strange after taste, but the lobster was prepared well. 3/5
The seared scallops and ink pasta was great, albeit overly salty. 4/5
The bread pudding was a huge letdown. It was like they grabbed a loaf of bread, cut it up, and threw it on a plate with ice cream. 0/5
We likely will not be back for dinner; however, we will try again for drinks and small plates at a later date.
Short and simple; Excellence from beginning to end. Truly a dining experience I won’t forget. From the Mezze platter to the Sea Bass I was left in awe. The decor and vibe of the restaurant was exactly as one expected after reading all of the amazing reviews beforehand.
Food? , Fantabalous!
Staff and service? Superb! Excellent!
Thanks guys!
Came here for our anniversary and it is cute and dreamlike. Very good food and happy with the service.
Amazing. An absolute oasis in the middle of Beverly Hills. Service is a 10 and the meal experience a 10 +. You'll enjoy the every minute of your experience.
The interior decor is so cute at night, I'm sure it's also great during the day. The food was marvelous, we had the hangar steak and the sea bass. Both were adorn with vegetables that were perfectly seasoned.
Fantastic atmosphere especially when the lights come on after sunset.
Very professional and pleasant employees and the wine and food are divine. Suggestion off menu was amazing.
I had a great experience, the ambience was beautiful and the food was even better. Definitely worth a visit.
The food was fine but totally boring and unimaginative. Couple that with totally inattentive and uninspired service, and they get 1 star. Plates were thrown onto our table by bussers and waiters would go missing for 20 minutes at a time. I get why this restaurant used to be great, but at some point, they need to step up their game. There are too many other fantastic places to eat out at- there's no need to compromise with a tired restaurant with sticky floors and staff that clearly don't care to be there.
