A wonderful place to practice yoga. The instructors and atmosphere are so welcoming and kind. I look forward to coming here more often.

Super stoked to find an authentic yoga studio that I can walk to. Praying they open up a daily 8am yoga class so I can go everyday before work! Truly an authentic experience (from ole lady having done yoga her entire life). I also really appreciate their 8pm restorative class as well which I hope they will expand to every evening at 8pm as well. Yoga is not an option for me. Its my drug of choice!

Very friendly staff, great class. We were in town for the weekend and did a drop in, it was perfect.
