This is an AMAZING salon! I can't say enough about how they came to my rescue! I went to another salon in the area and they destroyed my hair. They were trying to take purple and blue fashion color out of my hair and turned it a swamp water green. I was so scared that I did not know what to do. So I started researching and asking people for recommendations which lead me to The Loft Salon. I contacted them via email with pictures and a plea for help because I needed to get into a salon ASAP because I had swamp water green hair and I had a meeting Friday. The owner contacted me that night letting me know she was contacting her color correction specialist to try and get me in with one of them and would contact me shortly. Within 5mins she emailed me back and got me into THE INCREDIBLE SueAnne the very next day. SueAnne is the most down to earth sweetheart and she TRULY CARES about her clients, there smile, there happiness, the integrity of her clients hair all while making sure her clients achieve their dream hair. And when I tell you she is a PHENOMENAL hairdresser it's an understatement truly! She definitely goes way above and beyond! This girl took me from swamp water green to a blond babe pulling out all the stops and never giving up till it was just how it needed to be while making my hair feel better than ever! I absolutely love SueAnne Tiger! She's a master colorist and her work is amazing! I'm transitioning to grey & she did an awesome job of blending my hair color so that it grows out in a more natural way. The process took 5hr and was pricey BUT you definitely get your money's worth. She is always booked so you have to schedule way ahead. She even stays in touch by text and is super sweet. I moved to Texas but when I visit California, she's the only one I have color my hair. She does amazing bright, bold color work too!

They are in Suite #203, I had a little trouble finding it. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building and an elevator as well as stairs. The shop is large, clean and I was seen on time, no wait. Victoria did an amazing job highlighting, toning and cutting my hair. I love it.

I needed a new style out of quarantine and Mary was able to get in me within a couple days and before my birthday dinner. She called me back right away to schedule and was so sweet to keep me in the loop of how the salon procedures would go to keep us all safe and in compliance with Covid 19 protocols. When I arrived there was barely a wait and she gave a great consult so she could learn my hair and what I was looking for. I loved that she was so personable but kept focused on my cut and had a great pace not rushed but kept it timely. She checked in with me often to make sure I was happy with the process and gave great professional suggestions. I will keep coming back to Mary as I have never kept a stylist but always hopped around. She did an amazing job and will try out some color with her next.

I called in distress about a terrible haircut I received and was able to talk to a master stylist right away who assessed what I needed over the phone. MARY was able to get me in right then and corrected my cut. I have very thick hair and she was able to razor cut everything and take out the weight I needed in order to have a beautiful short cut. I would go back here anytime. MARY is professional, knowledgable and fast. She made sure I loved my hair before leaving and even offered to fix anything I did not like later on (which wont happen because it was perfect!). MARY knew I had a bad experience at a different salon and that she was fixing it and offered me a great price. The owners greeted me when I arrived and made sure I was happy leaving. It was the best experience. Everyone was professional and the work was 5 star. Thank you Mary.

I went to this salon yesterday And I was so lucky when Mary was take care of my hair, She is supper professional and did great job I love my hair for along time I didn't like my hair like this time. Everybody in this salon was great and welcoming and so nice. This was first time for me and will not be the last time. I really highly recommend THE LOFT SALON.

Let me just say I am IMPRESSED! It was my first time here and definitely not my last time seeing Mary. She was able to give me the perfect blonde I've been wanting, she was the best!

WOW! What can I say? This Salon has so many plus’s I can not imagine going anywhere else. This is family owned, and I have been going here for over 10 years and I love it. My hair stylist Tiffany is amazing! If you ask her to copy a style from a book etc she can do it. There’s not a style she can not do. Tiffany is extremely professional and I am very picky when it comes to my hair. Did I tell you she is also an expert colorist. I love her honesty and I love how I’m not there for hours on end and don’t you just hate it when your hair stylist chats constantly to other stylists and here you are worrying about getting to your next appointment. Well have no fear because the only person she is chatting too is you and if your not a talker that’s fine too. Just sit back and relax. Oh and one last thing that I absolutely look forward too is when Tiffany washes your hair she will keep you a brief head massage and let me tell you she knows exactly where you hold your tension but don’t take my word for it go ahead and make an app. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Tiffany is the best I feel so welcomed and they always make my hair look just like the pictures I show!

This is a 5 star salon all the way. I'm very happy i've found my new hair person. Denise is the best. I got a beautiful weave and cut. Best color job I've had in years. Shes very easy and down to earth.wonderful experience. My new Salon and hair person Denise.

Quick background: I have been dying my hair since I was 12. Only three people have ever touched my hair because I have suuuper trust issues with stylists. That being said, Victoria is one of those three. She was recommended from a friend of a friend last year and all I needed was a cut, so I gave her a try. Absolutely loved her and my cut so I came back this past week for cut and color! The wait time has been nonexistent for me both times, as she's ready for me right when I walk in. I don't have words to explain just how amazing she is. She is so easy to talk to, and immediately knew what I wanted from what I was saying. She even recommended products based on what I do to my hair daily so now I can take better care of it.

The salon itself is beautiful. Open. Everyone is friendly and polite. I even love the boutique in the front!

But please ask for Victoria! You will not be disappointed at ALL! Thank you, girl.

I have been going to the Loft Salon for years. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, open, and bright. My stylist Brooke is amazing! She always knows exactly what I am looking for in a cut or color as I am always changing hairstyles. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ask for Ashley Ryan, she's an amazing hairstylist and colorist. I've been going to her for years! I've moved about 2 hrs away and still drive out there to have her color and style my hair

Tiffany is THE BEST! I always love what she does with my hair. The setting is awesomely relaxing and the staff is great.

At last my wife and I found a place with real hair stylists as we tried many with no luck. Denise is a pro with years of experience. She takes the time to perfect each cut the way it should be versus many we have tried throughout the years who just seem to be in a rush. They offer you a glass of wine or whatever you want to drink and all are very friendly and professional.

The Loft Salon provides that overall spa atmosphere. The staff is friendly and fun and very current on what's new. My stylist, Tiffany is very professional and informative on new products and procedures. It's conveniently located and easy to get an appoitment. The owners are so friendly and accomodating. It's a pleasant experience from when you first walk in the door!

The Loft Salon is the most inviting Salon in the Inland Empire. The atmoshpere and stylist are very welcoming from the moment you step into the Salon. I love my Stylist, Brandi. I feel like she actually listens and understands my needs. In addition to her wonderful personality, she is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable in all aspects of hair care, hair types, and applications.
