Lovely hotel with sweeping views of Los Angeles. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The breakfast spread was incredible as well. Can’t wait to visit LA and stay here again!

Afternoon Tea was great. I wish there were other set options to choose from when it came to the menu but that wasn’t a deal breaker. This location is great for eating, accommodations and staff were very friendly.

Always great at the London. I had the mussels with were excellent. Did notice that the sticky toffee pudding has 'slimmed down in portion size compared to previous visits! Quality if the food and service is always top notch

I am usually further east for Glendale and Burbank when I come to LA so not as familiar with weho and beverly hills - I normally stay at the chateau when in Hollywood, but that has absolutely changed. The staff here is BAR NONE the best in LA. I arrived very frazzled on a super last minute 1 day LA trip and left my wallet in the cab (there are cabs in LA? !? !?) and the entire staff leapt into action. The bellhops got security to pull a tape so we could get the company and medallion number. The front desk staff got on the horn finding a way to get to the dispatcher. They even comped me much needed drink at the bar! Due to their tireless efforts I had everything back within two hours. The bath I took on their AMAZING bathtub was just the cherry on top. Bravo, London! You've made a customer for life. This is what service done right looks like.

My husband and I had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary. Everyone at this hotel was amazing. The service is top tier! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was perfect and the balcony view was the cherry on top. If there were one thing I could change it would be the bed/bedding. I was very hot, while sleeping, during our stay. I would wake up drenched in sweat. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

First room - While we were not in a wedding we got to have all the sound of a full blown wedding in this room! How fun!

Second room - Want to have a bath? Not happening, stopper not working. So they send a housekeeper up to fix it. She couldn’t fix it.

Overall I’d say this is a great place to overspend on a hotel that can’t deliver.

Spent a day relaxing poolside with some friends from out the country and they were amazed by the food and service. Incredible views and you may just see a celeb or two while your there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Whoever is running this place does well…… Landon helped me arrange a surprise for my room, he was very patient and attentive I appreciate you! The location is great.but I enjoyed just staying in for the time that we did. The rooms are very comforting/ spacious. So are the bathrooms. The view was great, we stayed in two different suites while we were here! Food is great quality as well. The rooftop was one of the best. I would definitely come back. I really don’t have any complaints other than I didn’t want to leave…… thanks to the staff here. Great work. I hope they are appreciated for the job they do.

Super nice hotel! Is kind a expensive but is worth the money, is extra clean, the rooms are big and really comfortable, the bathroom is amazing like a SPA, for me is the best in LA. I can’t wait to go back? ‍️

Stayed 4 nights at the London hotel as part of our anniversary trip. The hotel is located in the heart of West Hollywood and is absolutely wonderful.
The staff was amazing, caring, and attentive. The breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
Parking is valet only including in and out privileges.

We would definitely stay here again when I'm in Los Angeles.

Excellent service - and large metropolitan suite had three large rooms. Beautifully decorated. But… no mini bar and no room service and no bar open after 11pm. Keep that in mind.

I love this hotel! The guest service is very quick and efficient. Not to mention the valet doesn't take forever and every time we have stayed there they have accommodated us with a crib for our baby. Also a fabulous location within a walking distance of many fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend

One of the best visits and stays in LA so far. Amazing pool, great staff, delicious food, and comfy rooms. Definitely recommend, lots of celebrities come here so be prepared for a celebrity sighting.

This is one great hotel. The staff is first rate. The food is great. The rooms are wonderful. A great hair salon right on the premises. Friendly parking staff too. Bring lots of money.

Staff were amazing, the rooms are spacious and nice. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Kansas, who was extremely accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to come back again.

I loved this place many awesome people I jumped off it a couple times broke some limbs I suggest not doing that but it was fun

My room's view was breathtaking, there was plenty of square footage, and overall the service around the hotel from top to bottom was impeccable. I will definitely be coming back.
