The Maids, Folsom CA

The Maids are always kind and caring with my floors, kids' rooms (despite the mess) and my aging cat that hides under my bed. Our family has had The Maids clean our home bi-monthy for the past 18 months. Try them out! They comunicate and really care!

RED TEAM ROCKS! Special thanks to Roxy (team leader). Roxy saved this review and my future business with this company. When they arrived, the manager told me the dishes would not be done. This disappointed me greatly, but Roxy saved the day, going above and beyond by doing the dishes. The kitchen was my main reason for hiring this service so if the dishes were not done, I would have regretted paying for cleaners and never called them again. But, because of the fantastic work ethic and integrity of Roxy and her team, I am sure to hire this company and recommend this service to my friends & neighbors. Thank you Roxy and the Red Team for truly making me a satisfied customer.

The Maids were tremendous. I was going through some medical issues requiring my home to be sanitized and they delivered. Very hard working and detail oriented team. I felt quite safe returning home to a freshly cleaned and sanitized home.

This was such a pleasant experience from the first interaction on the phone with Dominique to the follow up call with Becky. Dominique was extremely friendly and was able to go over everything the cleaners would do. When I decided to schedule a cleaning, Becky was able to help me pick the day and time, giving an estimated cost for the cleaning. Team Blue arrived at my house and they were incredibly kind and had a great energy with them. I let them know about a few trouble areas in the house and they got to work. They completed the work in a timely matter and before I knew it they had already packed their things. The house looked fantastic and I was extremely impressed with their work. This service is worth the price, it was very convenient, and I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get their home cleaned. We have used the Maids off and on over the years. Their cleaning service is always very detailed and thorough. The Folsom team is professional and a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail is better than other cleaning services I have used. They really do a great job.

The holidays are around the corner and it’s a busy time for everyone! The Maids of Folsom help lighten the load for this time of year! They provide a quality clean just in time for all the family gatherings and entertaining! Once you use their service you won’t want to give them up! The Maids will make your life easier!

The ladies from the yellow team came to my house this morning; Cristina, Maria N, Maria G, and Sughey. They were prompt and on time. We did a quick walk through and then they got right to work. I am a generally clean person, but I have two German Shepherds and dirt accumulates in places that I don't even realize. The whole house clean took about 2.5 hours, with things being addressed such as dusting all the doors, every shutter in the house (which cover every window in the house), both ceiling fans, the bathrooms, mirrors, and a deep clean of the kitchen. I don't think my house has ever been or smelled this clean! I will be setting up a monthly cleaning with these ladies, they are awesome!

I hired the maids of Folsom for a deep clean. I called them for an estimate Dom and the owner were very kind, answered all my concerns since it was the first time I hired someone to clean my house. Blue team came with a big smile, they were very friendly, professional and they treat my house with care and respect. When they left my house was sparkling and neat as never before. I really recommend their services!

This is a long overdue review. I’m finally writing a review after settling down in my new home. We hired them for a deep clean before moving out of my old place. I was so tired after the packing and moving that I had zero energy to deal with the cleaning. I really needed my deposit back so I called in and they sent a team over fairly quickly. Cecilia and her green team did the thing! Made the place looked better than when I arrived and my landlord was happy. The detailed work they did… man! Worth every penny
