Ethan Feliciano consistently impresses with his knowledge and approachable demeanor. He's a pro at resolving my computer issues while keeping our conversations friendly and productive. He's a true asset to the IT department and TMT. I was happy to hear he is a part of training the newest IT team members, as he shared his expertise on our call. While I aim to keep my help desk emails to a minimum, interacting with Ethan is always a positive experience.
