Rochelle Williams is a five star property manager. The there is high demand for quality representatives in this business. Rapid turnover and inexperience of support staff makes it difficult for associations to focus on long-term goals. Rochelle has stepped into our HOA after a string of short-tenured predecessors and brought stability and expertise to our board and association. I sincerely hope she will remain our association's property manager for a long time.
