Had the best experience with David. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and at all times responsive to our questions and concerns. He was also very diligent in his pursuit in finding us our dream property. With the market being very buyer driven, prices continued to soar and we found ourselves facing frustrating bidding wars. David was still able to successfully navigate us while educating us on the sensibilities of the current market. It was a great experience working with David and recommend him to our friends and family. Thanks aging David!

Used David to sell and purchase properties. Sold condo at the beach as is for full market price and even got buyer to pay closing costs. Smooth, fast and easy transactions

Excellent service. Always available and on my side even tho he represented both buyer and myself. David immediately had a buyer, actually several for my property before it hit the market. He negotiated the highest sale price possible. It also sold as is. I did not have do or pay for any repairs. David was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all question and fix all problems that I ran into. THANK YOU David for your professional representation. Broker David has gotten me offers as high as $3,200,000. Nobody would believe that happened. He did that not once but twice at $3,200,000. The buyers of my house did offer $3,100,000, but dropped to $3,000,000 because they wanted some concessions. That was fine because as I mentioned before, I really wanted $3,000,000 and I got what I wanted, so again he got me not once but twice $3,100,000 offers, that seems to be David's slogan, not once but twice, lol. David has sold over a dozen of the same properties two and three times over. But never in my wildest dream that I would get offers beyond that. David has special skills at negotiating with the buyers/agents. Not sure how he does it but he is the miracle worker. I will be more than happy to refer any of my friends and family to have David R. We couldn't be happier with David's help and assistance in finding our new house. He was consistently available and answered any and all questions. David is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. He made us very comfortable from beginning to end of the entire process. There were some unexpected situations, but this didn't make us hopeless instead hopeful that the home we will end up getting is the one really meant for us. Also, we gave him a timeline and he definitely made it on time despite of the current pandemic. We are happy with our new home and we are loving it!

After interviewing 6 agents in San Diego, my gut told me to go with David. I was right! He held an open house for me almost every weekend until my home sold AND he got me $50,000 more than any agent wanted to list my property. I have no doubt that he would work just as hard for me as a buyer. I will ONLY consider hiring David again if I am ever lucky enough to return to San Diego. He is talented, a math whiz, and devoted to his clients.

I have been buying and selling real estate with David for over 5 years. The most recent off market property we worked on was approximately on June 19th 2019.

I told him I need to buy a beach property to complete my 1031 Exchange. He told me that he knows about a property in Pacific Beach that has a shaky escrow and was going South. Immediately David got me an appointment and because he has a stellar reputation in the real estate community and his relationship with the listing agent he negotiated a great deal that worked for me.

David structured the offer and beat out the other several offers with my Cash Offer 14 day escrow with zero contingencies and I closed escrow on July 3rd 2019.

The Seller of 4079 Shasta St wanted close to $900K and I got it for $840K thanks to David's knowledge and negotiation skills.

David just sold 4079 Shasta St for $1,199,000 and I finished the rehab like I was going to live there.

David also sold me 7538 Caminto Avola La Jolla Ca, 92037. He was the Listing Broker for the bank owned property. He had 21 offers and secured the deal for me. He represented both buyer and seller. I spent a couple years on the intensive rehab and he sold it for $2.725,000.

I have referred my friends and family to David to buy or sell real estate. We have done over $10M in real estate transactions.

David is an example of what agents should be and has been more than an agent for us. He made himself available to us 24/7 and was very responsive to all our needs. He displayed a highly cooperative nature and understood the urgency and reasons we needed to accomplish things within a certain time frame. He is extremely conscientious, highly skilled, organized, honest, ethical, and an all around great broker.   David gave us comfort in a stressful period in our lives and he will do the same for anyone seeking his assistance.

I am a new real estate investor and David has helped me navigate the complexities that come with investing in real estate properties. David is responsive, attentive, and quick on the draw as there is no time to waste when a great deal shows up. He has extensive knowledge with home inspection issues that often come up and has the client’s best interest in mind.
Last year, I was looking to buy a triplex and David suggested we go to the city’s planning department to research the property that we had in escrow. It turns out, that the property was not a legal triplex as the owner and real estate owner were claiming. David contacted a general contractor that specializes in the area the property was in to get an estimate in converting the duplex into a triplex. Due to the costs involved, I decided it was not the right investment for me and had no complications cancelling escrow and I got my earnest money deposit back in full. I attribute this to the way David structured the deal with an exit strategy that protected me as the buyer.
What I appreciate the most about David is that he is an absolute expert in the community he serves, knows all the neighborhoods and is knowledgeable about upcoming developments and changes. He is not your typical broker, he is available 24/7 and I am very grateful to be working with someone that I has demonstrated experience and that I know I can trust!

I met David at an open house back in the early 2000's. I used to have dozens of Realtors try to get my business and I did not like them. I liked his style and how he carried himself. He is very detail orientated and proficient with paperwork and explaining the tons of documents that go with selling a property. He always had my best interest and is honest. I hired David in 2001 to sell my 4 UNITS on Mission Blvd in South Mission Beach. He Sold it for the highest price that year close to $1,000,000. He's not afraid to push the envelope for his clients best interest. I remember him telling me all the agents don't believe you are getting that much in rental income and will not sell for the price he listed it for.
I had him list one of my other properties on Deal Court steps to the Ocean and represented both me the Seller and Buyer! I was very happy with his real estate services as he sold it for full list price. I have kept in touch with him over the years and is approaching two decades now. I still ask him for real estate advice when I need it. He is easy to work with he even helped me by getting a long term tenant in one of my other beach properties I owned. I have done over 4 real estate transactions with David in Mission Beach including my Ocean Front property when I purchased it. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the beach area.
