Hands down this property management Co knows what they are doing. I t is small but has plenty going on. Even down to the music they play. Keep it up. I wish they could manage the whole city of West Covina also!

I just figured out that it's been a long time since I've been there. I've been answering questions about the old mini mall that used to be there.

It is an ok ice store. Long line so the people in the area must think it is good. I came from out of the area.

Good food options but the traffic around the area is terrible it maneuver. There are really stop lights or consistent stop signs amongst the freeway entrance, exit, and the Square’s entrance. Making it a great spot for a car accident to happen

Awesome places too eat and clean and friendly people great bakery and classic burger been going their for years love their breakfast sandwiches

Stopped by the Asian restaurant here. Doesn't look like much from the outside. Bit crowded on the inside. A bit pricey but each dish is enough for a few people and the food was delicious

Most things at this place are overpriced but I've been going to sunrise donuts practically since I was born and probably the most bang for your buck in the whole shopping center

Great location with lots of restaurants. A few favorites are Canaan Chinese, Thumbling - dumpling house and Culantro & Basil Pho Bistro.

Very nice shopping center atmosphere.my favorite place to go is to juice & bowls for a Acia bowl.there delicious.

It is a beautiful shopping center that plays music all the time so you can sit and relax while enjoying a coffee and the flowers are always beautiful.
