My partner and I had the pleasure of working with both Aaron and Devin from the McNichol - Bernbach Group for the past year. Our journey to find a home in the Greater Los Angeles area started in May 2022, and we finally went into escrow in April 2023. To provide some context, buying a home during this period was quite challenging. In the first half of the year, interest rates were low but on the rise, resulting in fierce competition with over 10 offers on every home we pursued.
