The Melt, Palo Alto CA

Food was great! The sever apparenly didn't hear one of the items we ordered, probably because my som is soft spoken. He went back and made it immediately and didn't even charge us for the sandwich.

The cheese here is really flavorful. Whether it’s cheddar, Swiss, or something else, you’ll notice and appreciate it on your burger.

I like their good prices, consistency, and efficient online ordering too! Try their fries naked, I like them even better without the special Melt seasoning, just regular salt. They have mayo and ketchup for dipping too.

There is no such thing as garlic parmesan fries that don’t taste good. But these ones from Melt are a cut above for sure. While it may not look like much but these Parmesan garlic fries are one of the nicer, more balanced ones I have had. Gorgeous!

Accidentally sent my pick up order to the wrong location, but Ashley was great and helped get my order corrected for pick up here!

Love the food here! It's always quick and the staff is super friendly. The garlic fires are the best in area. The soda they carry is very refreshing for a change, love the orange cream and black cherry flavors.

The food is always amazing with great customer service! Wait times are reasonable given how busy they get during lunch time. Not to mention Management is sooo welcoming (: Favorite place to eat lunch!

The food is good, but the prices have increased while the portions have decreased. I had what could amount to a small handful of sweet potato fries for almost $5.

Swung by the melt today to grab a quick bite with my niece and nephew after a loooong first week back to school.

Staff was so helpful, quick, and efficient!

They really go above and beyond.

Space was clean, and manager occasionally walked by to check in customers. Awesome guy!

After Covid many places have lost theirs true integrity when it comes to customer service, the melt Palo Alto, HAS NOT.

We ordered some burger with kids mac cheese to go.we picked up the order and later on found the mac cheese is missing. We feel this is common approach during pandemic that restaurant trying to save cost and on purposely "missing' something

Incredibly tasty food, comes out quickly, and everything's compostable. I really couldn't ask for a more convenient and awesome sandwich/burger place.

The Double Spicy Mission with bacon was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had… and I ordered it through Uber Eats - so good, beyond impressed?

I never thought I would go to a grilled cheese restaurant, but here I am. I had the best grilled cheese of my life. It was just their standard 3 cheese melt, but it knocked my socks off. Being from Vegas I thought it was quite expensive, but it was one of the cheapest things I ate during my trip. 10/10 would recommend if you want comfort food.

The burgers are large and the meat is tender and tasty. We always get wonderful service from the counter people. The melt is our go to burger place.

Loved this place. Fast, convenient, and clean, the food was really good too! Lots of kids options, I made the queso de mayo my way, all vegetarian with tons of extra veggies.

The BBQ Bacon burger is top 3 burgers in the area. Quality ingredients, great taste and quick service. The bun is perfect and doesn't take away from the patty flavor or consistency. The Melt also has a great Oreo Shake.

Quick and reasonably priced sandwiches and burgers. I got the Steak and Cheese Melt + Sweet Potato for under $15 and it's ready in a couple minutes.

Went there with my girlfriend and sister. It was cool to find a place with quality food offerings open late. Food was hot, tasty, and nicely portioned. The fries were crispy and a large enough to share.

Options to order at a kiosk or with a person. Kiosk ordering is easy. Outdoor eating is available. Good food, and quick.
