We met Shannon Brandon at an open house about 8-9 months ago. At the time we were not working with an agent but had started casually looking to buy our dream home in Glendale/Burbank area. Shannon is an amazing realtor - very positive, very upbeat, and definitely extremely understanding, and very patient as I have to admit, we were very picky! She went above and beyond making sure we found what we were looking for and sure enough, she stood firm by her promise and we just closed on our home! Couldn't be happier! This team is absolutely stellar! Especially the team at the Burbank location. Without sharing too many personal details, my husband and I opened escrow on a condo and had a very small turnaround due to us not wanting to lose out since we had been looking for a while. The market was moving incredibly fast at our price point, at least, and houses listed Friday night were accepting offers by Monday or sooner with bids way above the asking price. We finally closed in on a place, and unbeknown to us, a tragedy struck the Miranda team. I don't know how or even why they did it, but they stuck through and got us to our closing deadline. The event severely impacted their team emotionally, from what I heard, but business went on as usual for clients. I can only wish healing and joy to the team as they already have the strength. My heart goes out to the team for what they've been through and for being in my family's corner from day one. I appreciate you for working with us and getting us our dream home.
