Delivery: Omar was fantastic! Friendly, kind, and very helpful. Took the time to make sure the unit was placed EXACTLY how we wanted it.

The unit: They definitely did their homework designing a pod that fit their needs, as well as their customers. We had ours on what used to be our driveway (below grade) during the wettest 6 months we’ve had in a long time, and not a single drop of water got in. Hardly any dust either even being in a construction site. Very pleased that none of our items were damaged.

Pickup: Once again Omar was great! First thing wanted to make sure we were happy or if there were any issues, which there were not.

Billing: The billing process was also great. Pricing is very fair and very competitive. Specially if you get one of their deals. When I was shopping around, they were the best price I could find, even without the deals, and provide far better value and service than anyone we’ve ever used. If there was a billing issue (my card on file expired) they would call and very politely notify me of the issue. No fuss, and very understanding.

Excellent communication and service. Always prompt and professional with updates sent by text and email. Storage unit was secure, clean and just what we needed for a garage remodel. We wanted our things handy, so we chose this as opposed to a remote storage facility. Highly recommended!

I’m having several projects done on my home simultaneously and needed to store some household items so I contacted Storage Guy’s at the very last minute and they were able to accommodate me with a Sunday delivery.

I reserved an 8X16 Storage, very clean, neat, they added blocker's on my driveway. I’m very pleased. I will most definitely refer to my family & friends to trust this company with all storage as well as container needs.

This company was a pleasure to work with. From delivering the storage unit to picking it up each time was fast and responsive. I will be using this company again in the future for other things that will be coming up. I like how they let you rent it for two weeks rather than having to rent for a whole month that most companies minimum is a month. Pricing is transparent and up front. I’m definitely recommending them to family and friends. Their customer service is incredible. Pods couldn’t deliver a container to my location. The Mobile storage guy delivered with no issues. Their driver sent me pictures of the container and its placement once he was done to make sure I was happy with it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. I almost forgot about their pricing. It is very affordable

Everyone at The Mobile Storage Guy has been so professional, they get back to you immediately and have good references for issues outside but tangential to what they do. Their prices are comparable to other places in the area but they offer more flexibility, such as 2 week rentals as well as monthly rates. I would highly recommend them.
