Application and move in process was easy. Lynda was very helpful and answered all my questions effectively and quickly.

EDIT:
The office actually called today to try to explain what might have caused the miscommunication. They acknowledged what they could've improved upon on their communication and ended up honoring the $500 promotion discount. I do appreciate them following up and wanting to make things better professionally. For that, I am changing my review rating.

Hoping this review can help the next perspective lessee,
Please be careful with any of their promotions of "discounts", make sure to get a copy of the contract that put that in writing and read through them really carefully before signing. Management has been communicating their policies/requirements poorly (likely intentionally), with each receptionist giving different information on their discount requirements. For example, the office did not honor the promotion of $500 off first month's rent on select apartments. All while one receptionist at the leasing office had already confirmed with us over the phone that we qualify for the discount. If this was our first interaction, it is making us really worried as to how future communication and interaction with management will be. Just want to put this situation that is happening to us out there, so it doesn't happen to the next lessee. Good luck!

So greatful for Lynda. She helped so much and went out of her way multiple times to get the best rate for my family. Being 9 months pregnant and moving is sounded stressful but thanks to her this was the easiest process i’ve experienced. Love the new neighborhood!

Moved in this week and am loving the neighborhood im in thus far. Lynda was amazing to work with. She was welcoming and very fun to talk to. She worked hard to get us the most competitive rate for our unit, and responds quickly to emails. Thank you Lynda!

My overall experience with the assistance of Lynda Bandy on finding a place to live and San Diego was easy and helpful. All my questions were answered. She went above and beyond to help me moving from another state and made the process feel easy. Overall good experience so far.

Lynda was a huge help when the move in date came along — a lot of stress comes with everything you have to do, but she was extremely friendly throughout the process. If anyone, I’m glad to have had her to help!

I can’t explain how fortunate I am to have had Lynda along this journey of moving. She is amazing at helping ease the stressful times that comes with moving. I at many times during the process felt anxious and down right hopeless. Everything that could go wrong did. Not one time through it all did Lynda ever leave any questions or situation unanswered. I truly loved the property because of the amazing work Lynda put in to ensure I found my safe place! Job well. I love my new home.

Incredible front office that was nothing but stellar throughout my stay 10/10. Apartment was always tended to by maintenance staff in a timely manner and the apartment itself was perfectly priced.

Linda was a professional and courteous leasing agent. I toured a few apartments. Each tour she was very understanding and answered all of my questions. Her patience was greatly appreciated. Thank you Linda

I had a schedule viewing for the Modern Apartments and it was one of the best experiences I had. Florence was the prop manager that gave me a tour and she was wonderful!

She wanted to help me find a unit that was catered to me. I had a lot of specifications and requested a rare corner unit, but unfortunately, at that time, there were no vacancies that matched my needs.

That being said, please ask questions about your potential future home. I had a lot of questions for Florence and she answered all of my questions and concerns honestly. I love it when the prop manager doesn't hide info from you just to get you to sign the contract and then once you move in, you get buyers remorse.

We’ve been living here for 7 years and all I can say is that we’ve never got the maintenance that we needed. Safety is becoming a major concern out here too. The management is really careless and complicated (this and the previous management). Thank you and hoping for the best to everybody!

I am not one to normally post reviews, regardless of if it is either a positive or negative experience. This has been the biggest hassle I have ever experienced while renting. I was shown a unit prior to moving in that had internet available. Upon moving in I was moved into an apartment that did not have an internet connection even hooked up to the building or wired to the apartments. When I asked the manager “Linda” about it she stated that she “forgot to tell me. ” I was told that they were scheduled to hook it up “hopefully within the week” and asked “do you really need internet” like it’s not 2022. ATT came to hook up internet to the building and I asked when it would be wired to my apartment I was told for two consecutive days that it would be complete that day. At the end of which I still didn’t have a coax cable routed to my apartment from the box. Upon once again not getting a call back from the management I went to the leasing office and I was told that I have to make an appointment and pay to get the cable routed myself. Only after calling ATT (the only provider available to me, although the easy apartment setup website they sent me to had multitudes of options) did I find out that the only package I can purchase is 50mbps for $60 a month. Please do not waste your time and energy moving here. There are better places out there. Unfortunately I am only barely into my lease but you can save yourself.

There are so many problems in this condo that I would spend all day here writing, all the previous bad reviews are the purest truth, the only thing that makes me feel calmer is knowing that rudinei is in the office, a person totally willing to help, always responds to my emails quickly and helps me with the problems of the condominium, very polite and attentive, if it wasn't for him this place would have driven me crazy a long time ago.if you still live here don't hesitate to look for him at the office, he sure will be kind and help you with your doubts, VALEU RUD EH NOIXXX
