Their customerw service is excellent. Was recently at the shop with my 2019 KTM 1290. Was just looking at what was new on the floor. Ya never know, something may tug at you to take it home…after looking at the new bikes I went outside, saddled up, hit the start button on my bike, nothing. Tried it a few times, nothing. By now Brad noticed I was having trouble. Without me even asking for help, Brad jumped in to diagnose my issue. He ended up even bringing a tech from the shop out to assist me and confirm his suspicion that the battery had died. Brad disappeared into the shop and emerged with a nice new battery and installed it. He tested the newly installed battery and the charging system of the bike, all was ok. I was a happy camper and on my way. Big kudos to Brad and his team at the Motor Cafe. Without me even asking for or approaching a team member for help they immediately came to my assistance once it was noticed I was having a problem and rectified the problem. I'm an out of state buyer (2000+ miles away, located in Tennessee) and recently purchased a Ducati Monster from The Motor Cafe. Dino and Jose made my buying experience extremely easy, both gentlemen are very professional, trustworthy, and focused on customer service and satisfaction.

The Motor Cafe is a great place to shop for a new motorcycle - I highly recommend them!

I've had good experience with sales and service at Motor Cafe. I was able to make a reasonable deal on trade-in with Dino for a new KTM, he was well informed about the bike and made the entire process very smooth.

Not friendly staff. Amicable at most. Asked for a quote to replace 5 parts (all plastic parts) and I was asked to shell $318 for a full quote! Great inventory though!

Operation "Lifetime-Customer" commenced!

Very Very pleased with my first Service interaction. I had been having trouble finding a shop to properly bleed my KTM 1190. It's annoying due to to the cylinder heads being above the radiator fill cap; the bike has to be jacked up on an incline. Many KTM 1190 owners have had the problem of dealerships not bleeding the coolant system properly which results in the airpockets burping out and draining the expansion tank. This exact scenario has happened to me twice at two other "KTM" shops and I was starting to think I would never find a shop that would follow the repair manual.

Motor Cafe did it by the book with a quick turnaround and outstanding customer service and they gave me water and a mask for my UBER.

In addition to doing it correctly they ended up not needing to use the entirety of the labor hours they quoted me. They could have just charged me the quoted amount considering I agreed to it. Instead they exhibited the character trait of HONESTY and only charged me for exactly what was done.

The Staff is always stoked and I am so happy to have found this shop.

Honest and reasonable, called to take my dads bike in who recently passed away to be sure his bike is taken care of and they are not trying to swindle me like other places I’ve called.

Walked in with a flat on my Ducati monster and they replaced the tire in less than one hour.super nice, professional and friendly. Amazing Ducati dealer. Thx guys.

Dino helped me out with my first bike! Everything is smooth and stress free. He even come up an idea that I can sign my paperwork when the bike is delivered to my doorstep. Thumbs up for dino and the motor cafe!

Purchased a 2021 KTM 300XC-W at the beginning of the year, while the bike is great, their sale team was a pain to deal with. They lost my manual, toolkit, and various spare parts and accessories that come from ktm. It took close to 2 months to resolve these issues, and several additional visits to the dealership. Each phone call the salesperson told me the items had been ordered for me but no order had been made.

Save time and money, go to a different ktm dealer. I've sent all my friends to the one in Gilroy and they had good experiences.

Friendly staff. Location was bit complicated to find but nothing to complain about. I wanted to see Panigale V2 on person and the seating position was bit too low for me. I would recommend this dealer for the Ducati bikes for their friendly sales people.

After shopping around at multiple KTM dealers for a 2022 500 EXC-F, I found Tony from the motor cafe. Tony was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. Not only was he able to get me the best deal on my brand new bike, but he was also a pleasure to talk to and to do business with. He made my wife and I (and our dog) feel right at home when we came to buy the bike. Outstanding guy! Outstanding bike!

Unhelpful sales staff, overall bad experience (things forgotten, multiple trips). I would look elsewhere if you can.

I won't waste my time typing details about why I'm dissatisfied however, I have to say I was verbally warned by previous customers and I did not believe them. Now I see why they said what they said.
Neither of my bikes will go there to be serviced, neither I'll buy there the next ones.

. And about the excellent reviews here.well, I recommend you to dig in local forums to contrast with real opinions about the service quality at Motor Cafe. I live walking distance from it, but I'll have no choice other than drive anywhere necessary next time I need to buy or service.

I was visiting The Motor Cafe with my family (wife and toddlers).
I narrowed it down to two bikes, both bikes were available in the showroom. Tony was excellent to work with (!)
He was very kind, greeted us, offered water to us and asked if there is anything he can do to help to make us feel comfortable. He seemed very knowledgable, laid back and friendly.
He had to leave for a short test drive and two of his colleagues also offered us help in case we need anything. Talking to Tony, we felt very welcomed and I felt ZERO pressure. He didn’t try to influence my decision. He helped me with questions I didn't even know I had (Huge thank you)
I visited other dealers, in-fact I have a Ducati / KTM dealer just two blocks away from us and The Motor Cafe is one hour away - but I am buying my next bike from here (!)
I put a deposit down for a 2022 Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP. (which the other dealer wasn’t interested ordering, because they wanted to sell their current models first)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'm traveling across the country and needed some critical work done on my bike on short notice. Service advisor Kevin went above and beyond to help me out.even calling other dealers for parts. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

I was actually sold on a motorcycle by a sales rep that used to work here. He talked bikes with me for a week and answered all of my annoying questions. Seriously, this dealership lost a great sales guy.that being said, Jose was so great in getting my bike and paperwork ready for pickup. The team was positive and reflected my elated energy when I came in. I look forward to doing with business with them. I must've found a great dealership for their ex-sales guy to be so helpful selling their inventory!

I worked there 3 years ago. Saw my. Review for 5 stars still up? No I had to say what I really feel they deserve. I heard their politics have not changed. That's all I have to say. Otherwise it would be not nice.

Called to ask about filters. After he told me they are backed ordered and I was trying to tell him how hard they are to find he hung up on me. Unprofessional, no wonder why KTM is sending you guys stuff late.
