The Oaks Apartments, Upland CA

Rent is pretty much high for this place as compare to others building and safety is 0 percent. Also the fact management and specially crystal is cause of it because she is literally not know how to do her job and I don’t what was the reason behind her hiring.

The management's negligence was evident in their failure to address security concerns resulting in several unsettling incidents. Maintenance requests were consistently ignored leaving residents to deal with issues on their own. Crystal is such an ignorant woman with no experience and she is doesn’t deserve this job.

The apartment building had some problems. It was not very clean, and things sometimes needed fixing. It was often noisy because of thin walls and noisy neighbors. The new manger of building her name is “Crystal” was not unprofessional and didn’t know how to talk plus she misbehaved. They could do better. Look for other places around for a better stay.

The manger (crystal) is very unprofessional. Worst place to live it. Rent is too high and the apartment is very unsafe to live in. Unsafe conditions such as bugs roaches etcs. No guests pakring at all.

I had a disappointing experience living in this apartment building. The management crystal is consistently unresponsive to maintenance requests, and it took far too long to address issues like plumbing problems and heating failures. The common areas were often dirty and poorly maintained.my time here was not what I had hoped for, and I wouldn't recommend it to others

I regret choosing to live in this apartment building. The management team's lack of professionalism was frustrating, as they often failed to communicate important information and were unhelpful when issues arose. Maintenance was a constant headache with recurring problems that took ages to resolve causing inconvenience and discomfort. I won’t not recommend it to the people with kids because it’s pretty unsafe because we have bad people in community. And if you complain to manager crystal about them she don’t do anything such an ùn responsible lady

I hesitated for a long time to write a review, but I have to write something very honest. I have struggled for a very long time to find parking, I have found that the neighboring apartments park their cars in this parking lot. The office is aware, but yet does absolutely nothing to tow these vehicles leaving I as a resident who has a parking permit to park in the street because the Security guard does absolutely nothing.walks around on his phone and doesn’t even carry flashlight to check for permits rather just walks around on his phone and does not do proper rounds around the apartments and decides to stay in the office most of the night. The rent is high for the condition of the apartments. The gates never work, letting in the homeless to look through all the cars with no worry of any security guard securing the grounds. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELES WHERE! …… I notice corporate only responds back to the very few good reviews instead of trying to resolve such bad issues.

If I could give a negative, I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The entire management sucks on another level, especially Crystal. You can talk about your problems in front of her, and she would act like she does not understand a word coming out of your mouth, very careless and overall illiterate staff. Also, if you have a lot of money to splurge on getting your cars back (that are towed regularly without you consent), then move here.

Safe, repairs and other needs taken care on the same day. Great office family. Always cordial and helpful.
